Getting it integrated was more difficult than other services and unduly complicated, in my opinion. I thought I was all set up, and had to redo part of the process again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FedEx Ship Manager?
The ability to save prior entered data helps when sending items to regular or recurring customers. Also, the automatic detection of shipping addresses using the zip codes is helpful when I need to figure out international mailing formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I often encountered the issue of needing to modify the declared value of my shipment due to insurance coverage. I think I should be able to include my declared value and have a notification present that only a certain amount is covered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FedEx Ship Manager?
This system of FedEx is so easy to use that is actually incredible. You configure and set up all the information of any return or shipment and it's so simple to navigate that it's virtually impossible to mistype any field. Additionally, it's certainly so unusual that the environment has any technical issue because of it's minimalistic and user-friendly design. What do you dislike about FedEx Ship Manager?
In my experience dealing with return labels and creations of shipments I would say that the systems need to add another field for the email address in which any information is going to be sent because many emails have different protocols and something can happen along the way, even on the Internet. The other thing, this system is so simple to use but, they have to add an option that simply re-sends the information to the customer via e-mail, instead of crating it all over again.
