You configure and set up all the information of any return or shipment and it's so simple to navigate that it's virtually impossible to mistype any field. Additionally, it's certainly so unusual that the environment has any technical issue because of it's minimalistic and user-friendly design. I work in a call center and I use itv very often, I love it! **What do you dislike about FedEx Ship Manager?** In my experience dealing with return labels and creations of shipments I would say that the systems need to add another field for the email address in which any information is going to be sent because many emails have different protocols and something can happen along the way, even on the Internet. You can save "shipment profiles" if you send packages to the same area a lot. This saves you time so you do not have to keep writing out the same address over and over again. It let's you decide if you would like an email upon delivery or when it is sent. You can even schedule someone to pick up your package from your home or office. **What do you dislike about FedEx Ship Manager?** I do not like that your tracking history is only saved for 90 days. It does not save anymore than that. This proves to be a problem when I am asked for a package that I sent more than 6 months ago. Also, when you schedule a pickup sometimes the FedEx truck does not come and could leave you stranded. This helps us ensure that documents are delivered in a timely manner and get to the right location. We are also able to send a return label through email to any lender when we need documents shipped back to us.
