What do you like best about FedEx Ship Manager?
Although the UI design isn't the most modern, FedEx Ship Manager makes it very easy to step through the shipping process. I find it especially helpful in validating addresses and minimizing errors, particularly when shipping internationally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FedEx Ship Manager?
I love that I can access so many tools to change anything about my shipment as well as track the truck my package is on.

What do you dislike about FedEx Ship Manager?
Not very many downsides to FedEx Ship Manager but wish I had access to the truck's exact location and not the last known location or that it updated trucks location more often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When tax time rolls around, good luck getting copies of your receipts for your shipments. They are long gone in cyber space. Rentention of shipments should be longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FedEx Ship Manager?
Everything you would expect from a shipping site is here - price estimations, tracking, label making. It even has shipping profiles. You have the ability to save frequently used addresses and how those packages are shipped to those addresses, which is an absolute time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I HAD to complain about anything, it would probably be that I'd like a little more information when I receive delivery notifications - knowing who signed for the package would be great!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
