The one-time configuration is a manual and tedious activity. Random technical issues we faced during the usage and delay in the fix was a major negative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Faveo, we can track and manage all the internal and customer queries and requests in one system. Having an organisational strength of close to 2 thousand, the tool has facilitated an effective and seamless management of the tickets. The users/contacts cannot see their ticket form details on the user end.

Using a third party to integrate WhatsApp.

Internal Approval Workflows whereby we are using it for HOTAC , Rebate,Duty Travel request

Although it is always improving it's UI, I would like to see more ajax and modern interfaces added to the system, but it works pretty well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are system integrators and our customer, a Telecom Cellular and Internet Service Provider handles all their customer tickets on Faveo Help Desk. We have heavily customized it and integrate it with SAP and billing systems so customer service personel could have access to contract, payment status when opening and handling tickets. What do you like best about Faveo Help Desk?

We have been using faveo helpdesk as ticket management system for our organisation. It is a great system with very good user interface for user as well as administrator. Faveo has lots of feature among those which we frequently use include workflow which we use to filter tickets based on users and also on types of ticket based on topic to auto assign to different departments and agents, this system can also be integrated using LDAP for authentication and accounting as well.
