What do you like best about FatPipe SD-WAN?

I first tried Fatpipe years ago, choosing it over a well-known brand. During a test, the other brand's ISP failover dropped my call and took minutes to reconnect. Fatpipe, however, provided a seamless experience. Since then, I've deployed Fatpipe globally, and it consistently performs as needed and beyond with great ease of use. The implementation is straightforward, and their support is always reliable. We've integrated it with other network devices without issues. Whenever we need changes or new features, their team is helpful and collaborative. I'm surprised they're not bigger than some competitors because their product works better than many in my opinion. I highly recommend Fatpipe for anyone seeking an SD-WAN solution—I'm a very happy customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After regular business hours, support is provided by technical representatives outside of the US. This can sometimes cause a communication barrier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FatPipe SD-WAN solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Fatpipe for two different purposes. One reason is to provide redundant WAN connections at our most crucial sites. The other reason is as an ISP aggregator, load balancer and failover for the ISPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FatPipe SD-WAN?

We have had the FatPipe appliances in our two main offices for several years now and have been very happy with their performance. Our firm is extremely reliant on Internet services. The appliances just work and users can't remember when they ever experienced an outage. Support has been excellent and features continue to expand and improve. There is not much not to like about FatPipe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FatPipe SD-WAN?

My only complaint is that the solution can be pricy beween the appliance costs and support, but then again you get what you pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FatPipe SD-WAN solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being completely reliant on internet for day to day operations, having multiple service providers load balancing and providing failover is essential. This appliance does that for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
