Fathom is a fantastic tool that makes creating beautiful comprehendible financial statements easy and scalable. The ability to design reports your clients understand sticks out as the most important attribute in a financial reporting tool directed at advisory services. Taking these reports, standardizing them as a base to build upon helped ups to scale our implementation and provide our team with a common language of which to communicate with clients.

Clients understood the graphical nature of the reports as opposed to a sea of numbers they had been presented with in the past. This opened the client’s ability to ask questions for the first time and understand how their businesses could grow.

Nothing really. I guess it would be good to be able to customise fonts to match our house style, but that's a very minor point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a lot to remember during Zoom sales meetings. I appreciate having the recorded calls for quality control, but really didn't like having to remember recording to the cloud at just the right time. Record right away and sometimes get a bunch of non-sales time trying to track down the client on email and text. Wait until the person joins the call to record aaaaand forget to hit 'record,' and there goes quality control out the window.

Fathom automates this process, letting me know it's in the waiting room (and therefore Big Brother doesn't have access to my every second on Zoom), reminding me to allow it into the meeting, and then waiting to start the recording until the prospect enters the room. The only thing I have missed is the opportunity to record oneself during mock calls, but that option is available through Loom or a Zoom subscription, so it's still an option using other apps. Not really a criticism about Fathom, to be honest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
