So far, the service is awesome, probably, the only suggestion I would give, is to enhance the dashboard itself because sometimes is not easy to navigate and find the settings. What I really like about Fathom is how accessible it is in terms of having it join a variety of meetings to take notes, both comprehensive and summarized. I use it primarily for Google Meets, and it has been great in keeping track of all of my meetings, determining key talking points from those meetings and provide action items as well.

Moreover, the interface is easy to use, you only need to click it to join your meeting. On another note, its performance is really great, as it keeps track of how much time someone is speaking. Fathom makes it easy to create bullet points about what we discussed during the meeting and what needs to be done. I stopped taking notes during meetings once I started using Fathom. It’s also very useful because I can rewatch meetings if I need to find something specific, and Fathom makes that easy as well.
