I like the the ease of documenting to a case. It is easy to create a case note and to upload documents. The interface is also simple and effective. I dislike that we can't look up clients using their phone number. At least I have been unsuccessful at this. I've tried to look up clients several ways, including parenthesis for area code, that didnt work. or just the full number and no other symbols, that also did not work. The FastVisa platform is easy to use while meeting the needs to manage immigration cases. The platform easily integrated with our workflow for managing our cases. FastVisa is especially useful for storing client data and documents, and the autofill feature for application forms saves a lot of time. The intake questionnaires and client portal is helpful to gather information and documents from clients securely. It is easy to report issues or ask questions. Someone from the team always answers promptly and works quickly to resolve any issues. The FastVisa team is also always working to add or improve new features. There are some inconsistencies with autofill between forms, though there are easy work arounds. It would be helpful to have be able to sort and organize supporting documents. Being able to sort and search intake "Tickets" would be helpful for conflict checks. More development in the intake area of the system would help in managing potential clients in addition to retained clients. The FastVisa program made my work life a lot easier. I have used another program, but it was not a good experience that I could not manage the program easily, but the FastVisa has a flexible way to manage the clients and the work. Paul Kang's team is also very responsive and always available whenever I need help or have questions regarding the program. It is such a pleasant and smooth experience working with FastVisa. Paul and his team meet with us regularly and are always open minded about recommendations for updates and additions to the software. FastVisa has implemented the additions quickly and are always available for tech support. The platform itself is user friendly, unlike many of the giant dinosaurs that dominate the industry.
