What do you like best about FastPass IVM?

Shout out to FastPass IVM Team, First we worked over 1 month to implement a solution replacing the current identify verification process. After having been operation for 2 month, we integrated with ITSM system and implemented some of the newer proofing items, this step significantly enhanced service, reduced handling time and also improved end-user and agent satisfaction. IVM really keeps the process adhering to strict rules, yet gives a number of options for the Help Desk Agent. Depending on the user and the operation in progress, we have different processes for validating the user's identity.
