Fastly gives top-notch security over our SSDN application as we carry out its deployment specified by our clients. It provides enhanced proxy security features that will mask all our activities from other legitimate traffic. It allows me to establish rules in regards to my customer needs and helps prevent vulnerabilities & maintaining the overall security posture. It also effectively allows me to filter the web traffic so that I can mitigate the potential application layer attacks such as cross-site scripting, SQL injection and other HHTP protocol violations.
