I know it sounds cliqu´e but this application is awesome. It is fast and so helpful in raising funds quickly for all kinds of fundraisers. **What do you dislike about FastFund Online Fund Raising?** The only issue I had was the internet speed. I don't think it had anything to do with the app per se. It was just the internet freezing every so often which made things slightly more difficult. **What problems is FastFund Online Fund Raising solving and how is that benefiting you?** This application is solving the raising of funds in an organized, quick, and percise manner. We know where the funds came from, how much each person or business sent, and they can rest assured their funds will go directly to the fundraiser. ### 3. Switching from Microsoft Access databases to this software (a couple years ago) has been such a positive experience. Access anywhere is helpful and their support team is always helpful and quick to assist with any requests. **What do you dislike about FastFund Online Fund Raising?** There is no alert or anything when you have pledge reminders that need to be generated, so you have to set a reminder elsewhere and then go into the system to take care of it. **What problems is FastFund Online Fund Raising solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cloud-based system is super helpful, ability to run all types of reports quickly is fantastic. Keeping this membership data, donations, pledges, etc, all in one place is great. ### 4. The only limitation I've found so far is my own knowledge. It's very easy and logical. Using both database and accounting programs saves a great deal of time. Reporting on finances for the Board of Directors and our CPA is easy and thorough. Creating mailing lists is as good as we are. Database is always "garbage in garbage out" so I have to repeat, the only limitations we've found are created by our own missteps. **What do you dislike about FastFund Online Fund Raising?** I wish we could set up separate database files for family members and link them without double-mailing everything to the same address. Also, we have a number of members who leave town for the winters and we have to switch their primary addresses by hand -- if we remember. I wish we could change a financial transaction from gift to receipt and the reverse when we discover we've recorded in error. Doesn't happen often but would be handy to be able to correct ourselves. **Recommendations to others considering FastFund Online Fund Raising:** It does the job well and the support is completely amazing. I'm not terribly tech savvy so I need the help. **What problems is FastFund Online Fund Raising solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems being solved include getting many lists consolidated in one location. We have mailings to members, students, etc. and three or four lists are now consolidated in one list with codes to identify interests. ### 5. What I do not like about it most is the user guide that they make available. It is SOOOO wordy and long that you couldn't possible figure out a solution to something in a timely manner. HOWEVER, the support team is never disappointing and will always be pretty quick to help find a solution or answer any question. I wish phone support or chat support was more available, but they are quick to answer emails. **What problems is FastFund Online Fund Raising solving and how is that benefiting you?** Too many to mention. But we've been able to track our membership and donors, as well as create reports of all activities fairly easily. ### 6. Whenever there has been a question or concern, the Araize team has been very responsive, and even to help us set up workarounds for options not built in (ie list of donors that haven't made a donation) **What do you dislike about FastFund Online Fund Raising?** As we grow and staff have growing responsibilities, we would like to have the system "work for us" more. There has been limited functionality on the fundraising side (and some with accounting with campaign names and codes), but mainly in visual reporting for the board and template customization (which seems to be html?). **What problems is FastFund Online Fund Raising solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to manage our books with the software and it's been a learning curve, but it's been useful to keep us going. ### 8. Yes, the software is excellent, too. Its creators really know non-profits, having been accountants specializing in that area for several decades.
