**What do you like best about Fastcall?**

Email notification are very good. Unliky other call systmens used (eg.Natterbox) it intergrates far better with salesforce and shows who has called or texted you.

**What do you dislike about Fastcall?**

Serveal issues whilst in use. Often get second dials coming through whilst on an active call. Or, do not hear the call and get a voicemail even if the line is not in use.

**What problems is Fastcall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very good intergration with Saleforce allowing ease and makes for an effiecnt experience. Knowing who has called and being able to press the hyperlink in Fastcall email (for text and missed calls) to take you staright back to Saleforece without the need to search as with other call operators

**What do you like best about Fastcall?**

Simple click-to-dial plugin for Salesforce users. Favorite thing is the option to multitask by copying and pasting numbers outside of Salesforce for quick calls while manually loading contact information e.g. when I am prospecting from their webpage and adding contacts manually into Salesforce. Once the contact is loaded in Salesforce, FastCall attaches the call to the contact record.

**What do you dislike about Fastcall?**

Crashes sometimes for no rhyme or reason (when all other Salesforce applications are running). Because it's connected to the window you're using and not your station phone, you cannot toggle between pages and need to open new tabs/windows while on a call.

**What problems is Fastcall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a click-to-dial plugin allows for quicker prospecting for our inside sales team.

Easy to use and reviewing captured recordings. Felt comfortable with it knowing it was providing what was expected

Nothing really that comes to mind that is dislike/disadvantage

Easy to use. Great for mass dialing, mass texting, etc.

**What do you dislike about Fastcall?**

Some incoming calls are missed for no reason. The WORST thing is when it drops your call. You're happily talking to a customer and all of a sudden, the fast call widget turns gray and you're looking at a frowny face. Why?

Makes calling easy

FastCall is a great service! It works amazing in our Sales and follow up processes, very easy to install. Richard and support are always available with ultra fast response time!

They always listen for feedback and are constantly releasing upgrades to the system.

I really like FastCall Salesforce-native Dialer because it connects into salesforce crm and has click to dial capability

**What do you dislike about Fastcall?**

I dont like the fact that sometimes you cant listen to voicemails and have to call the missed number back

We use the dialer to make a high volume number of calls to potential donors for the school

there is nothing that I dislike about it.

It allows me to stay in Salesforce and not have to exit to other platforms like some soft phones require.  Productivity stays high.

Cost is not all that great, but product quality is there.

This system helps speed through cold, warm and hot calls quickly

Sometimes there are glitches and the system seems to crawls at a slow pace.

Dial, log, record every call w one click. Salesforce native
Detailed call reporting, analytics, call scoring. Local caller ID; voicemail drop.
Record calls, control caller ID. Inbound call routing, voicemail. Sales Console. International dialing

**What problems is Fastcall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FastCall easily logs and score each sales phone call saving minutes on each call. Call duration, results, call count are reported using native Salesforce reports and dashboards. 

Calls are made using your office phone, mobile phone or using the FastCall softphone option. FastCall either works along with your existing phone or can replace your office phone.

It doesn't have any lag time between the calls. Very efficient platform to use.

**What do you like best about Fastcall?**

We used this with the Salesforce Leads CRM system and this dialer was perfect. Pin drop call quality, seamless call transfers, and just a fantastic, quick loading system to keep your CS team on the ball. 

**What do you dislike about Fastcall?**

the price wasn't that great, could have had a better deal than the one we got.
