How to add entries in natural language and extend the entries easily and flexible. Besides, the UI is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
nothing in special – at the beginning it was awkward that the collapsed view of the calendar-timeline showed only dates with entries, but this is helpful, on the other hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's incredibly easy to intuitively schedule a calendar invite. By simply typing into the invite bar, I can tell the app that I want an event to recur every Tuesday at a particular location and it will not only create an event with that name, but will set it up as recurring and invite the proper people. Magic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The latest version has taken some getting used to. There have been little bugs here or there that have caused some sync issues across various platforms, but my assumption (and hope!) is that these bugs are short-lived and will be resolved within the next month or two. Very easy to make entries on the calendar, customise alerts and attach notes etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using Fantastical for years and am still baffled by multiple entries for birthdays. I feel sure it's my own ineptitude, but the management of other calendars and contact lists is not as clear cut as I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the ability to quickly create geo-location reminders... Ie, when I arrive home, do XXX. It helps to make sure I don't forget things. Especially great when leaving the office, (when Leave office, remind to XXX). It's incredibly easy to get in touch with your contacts. You have a to-do list that you can check things off throughout your day as you get them done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only real downside is the cost. There is a little bit of an upfront cost, but once you realize everything that you get with the cost, it is easy to understand! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
