I am a blogger working on an article exploring the combination of vector search and knowledge graphs. I happened to come across FalkorDB. The platform is amazing and very simple to use. Since I was working on Google Colab as my platform for code deployment, I used FalkorDB's cloud capabilities to deploy my knowledge graphs. Within no time, the instance in AWS was up and running and I was provided with a node at my disposal. I am a DevSecOps Engineer by profession and hence I understand the complexity of setting up the infrastructure from scratch and am mighty impressed with the ease with which setup was done. Also, the LnF of UI is fabulous. I could visualize the graphs very easily and make sense of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I won't call it an entire dislike, but there are some scopes of improvements. For instance, documentation around vector search needs a little more mature touch. Also, the unavailability of ample examples for certain obvious scenarios made it difficult for me to write my article. I had to personally work a lot to see what exactly was the missing piece when I was stuck. Hence good examples and stronger documentation around vector search could potentially be of lot of help.
