Allowing families to complete an online application and upload documents directly, which are then processed and analyzed by FACTS, has been a huge time saver to creating a formal process for this important aspect of enrollment. The automatic email reminders and customer support features have also been helpful in streamlining the process. **What do you dislike about FACTS Financial Aid Management?** Because the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment system is tied to another organization that provides scholarships for several of our families, this often confuses families who do not qualify for scholarships from this organization.
