**What do you like best about Factorial?**

As we have to be fast on process changing to follow new opportunities, I found on Factorial the flexibility to manage employees' particularities, creating custom fields and reports in an easy and fast way. That helps a lot!

**What do you dislike about Factorial?**

I think some features can be more adaptable to regional needs, as some companies manage things differently for each country. But on average, it has very good features.

**What problems is Factorial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can manage payroll for employees in several countries, we have a better and centralized way to collect data from employees and make decisions based on that, and we can find this information fast, witch it's the best benefit that Factorial is bringing to us.

That it can be used on mobile phones with all the utilities (clocking in, documentation, vacations, notices...)

Some operations are somewhat convoluted and more colors would be needed in the visual calendars.

I think that factorial is helpful for the employees but fails to adapt to many cases and expenses.

**What do you dislike about Factorial?**

I don't like that many cases relating to tradeshows' compensation are not considered. Also, there is little enforcement or communication to the company employees when the company fails to respect the legislation.

I think factorial is solving a problem of management that can be easily coded. I believe that this will be replicated by many other companies.

Team calendar and timetables and its integration with Google Calendar. The system for holiday approvals and team management is well solved.

The way to update regional vacations each year. It is not very intuitive.

Factorial is a really helpful and a user friendly way of managing and requesting your vacayion days. Besides, it keeps all your important contract docs in the same place, acessible from anywhere.

sometimes the way in wich the different days of vacation are given titles is confusing, especially when you have extra days or different years days mixed.

The application works correctly. The payroll functionality is practical.

**What do you dislike about Factorial?**

Deceptive policy: they convinced us to subscribe by assuring us (in writing) that the minimum subscription fee had already been removed, and now that some time has passed, they write to us again saying that this is no longer the case and that our monthly fee will increase from 13 euros to more than 100.

Is a great tool for HR areas and people in general. I would like it yo be more flexible in some aspects but they are always working on it!
It's easy to use. You hace alternatives to help you do things faster such as payrolls

Lack of flexibility in some processes, some times some tools don´t work correctly.

The time off view and managing is awesome. I love the PTO policies and implementation. The admin manage is super.

when I used Factorial, the worth part was the payrolls: only accepted spanish payrolls. I don't know if now you can implement payrolls for different countries

**Recommendations to others considering Factorial:**

Is a very good tool if you have a company in Spain. I don't know if you can add different payrolls apart from spain.

I implemented Factorial because I needed: The PTO, organigram, total of employees and personal information, PTO management, document management, online signature and all was super good.

I like using factorial beacause i can easily check current & upcoming time off and holiday approvals, all in one interface. Moreover, it's very intuitive too.

**What do you like best about Factorial?**

It's a super friendly platform, very intuitive to use. It saves a lot of time for HR departments as well as employees to have all their HR requirements at the reach of their hands. It can easily integrate with numerous platforms, such as Slack.

**What do you dislike about Factorial?**

The features are really cool, however the mobile app does not has all the features available, like Manual clock-in, or digitally sign documents. In companies where there are employees that don't have assigned a computer (production, logistics, general services), the app is very useful, however it would be nice to have all features available in the mobile app.

Can't complain about anything regarding Factorial. Definitely the best platform for HR Management

Keep track of all of the data of the employees and share important documents that must be signed. Now with the Coronavirus lockdown, we have managed to digitally sign important documents.

**What do you like best about Factorial?**

You have one simple app for managing both daily hours and holidays which is neat. Also you can see the state of the whole team, so you can see who is on holidays, see their anniversaries etc.

**What do you dislike about Factorial?**

It's missing some basic features like seeing the history of the hours (more then current month). This makes it a bit complicated when the week finishes in the middle of the week. 
Also you can't see your total weekly progress which is a bit annoying when you do flexible hours.

**Recommendations to others considering Factorial:**

I recommend using Factorial. It's good value for money. You buy software that solves more then one solution for a price of one.

I can manage my daily and weekly hours. Also in the company all the holidays are being managed in Factorial

We used it for time off and 360 reviews and it worked great! I really liked the onboarding and how easy it was to start using the tool. Any time I´ve needed support they were super helpful.

Their ATS was still not fully developed at the time and missed some features. Not sure if it is better now!

We wanted a centralized platform to manage our HR. We then had to reduce the team and did not make sense to continue.

**What do you like best about Factorial?**

I like it because it is an application where I can get all the data of the employees of the company, it saves me a lot of time and more when I need to know what employees are in their working hours, and who is on vacation or who has them available, through factorial there are many possibilities to know that the employee is inactive, I love its interface is very simple to customize because factorial helps me to make decisions based on data that I did not have access to before, the best of all is that it allows me to do my homework automated way to track payroll and the benefits that the company provides to employees with factorial everything is very simple.

**What do you dislike about Factorial?**

Really with factorial I have saved a lot of time and I have had all my tasks under control. I could not say that it is a bad software or that it has something that upsets me as such, on the contrary it is quite complete software and that it collaborates a lot with the resources team humans.

Very good software quite complete and is very collaborative, it will diminish all those tasks that seem complex, with its new system to automate them, so do not hesitate to join.

When entering the human resources department it is a lot of responsibility and factorial it has been a support tool, since it is a department that needs dedication and a lot of time and factorial has helped me save it, it has helped me not to invest extra hours since the automated system makes my tasks fulfilled at all costs, allowing me to track employees where I can observe in detail their salary, benefits granted by the company, and their vacation times.

**What do you like best about Factorial?**

Factorial has great features such as document uploading for company wide information, employee specific documents (doctor notes, write ups, ids, etc.) while keeping our employees information privatized and secured. I especially love that factorial gives employees access to view their personal information with effortless name changes, address changes and etc.

**What do you dislike about Factorial?**

I don't like how Factorial is not self-hostable. If that makes any sense. Factorial hosts all companies records  on their end (their servers) which although I feel they are secure, it really makes them liable for any security breaches that may arise. I also dislike the company holiday readily-available dates. Our company is based in US and they only have ready dates for one country, not the US. Very little support for US-origin activities.

I would say use this software as it''s free to use and there is nothing to lose.

We are solving the ease of HR organization. We are now able to have employees organized in a pool of profiles easily able to be searched, profile changes with a profile picture, contract edits if applicable, time off management and clock in management which was newly added to Factorial. What's the best part about it? It's completely free with an upgrade option for a low price but really not necessary. Nothing of necessity to have. We have definitely seen the benefits of it as its much easier for payroll generations, and documentation.

working in the area of ​​human resources is a quite broad task that requires a lot of time invested by me to be able to carry out the work in the best way possible, also requires to be very careful with the information that is handled and the way to be manipulated , thanks to the Factorial software nowadays I have left aside the problem of having to invest a lot of time, even overtime at work to be able to pay the payroll, I can also carry out detailed follow-up of the employees from aspects such as their salaries, benefits, vacations, rest, contracts, among others, being the platform I needed to have in one place all the information I manage daily, also allowing me to improve communication because thanks to it I have now left aside the problem of not receiving Occasions the emails.
