The best thing about Facebook Live is that it is beneficial for the people who are doing business. Things I dislike about Facebook Live is that sometimes the people using it can experience some problems such as the poor quality of audio or video. This does not allow the streamer to spread the right message with complete information. Hence, it can sometimes decrease customer engagement. Also, many people on Facebook can criticize the person doing a live stream and spreading the wrong message about the person. The thing I don't like about Facebook live is the video quality I have tried with multiple networks starting from mobile to using wife with 25 Mbps, 100mbps, and 250 Mbps ( my current network ) every single time the video quality is either blurry or it will fluctuate between good-bad-excellent result is if I'm traveling and want to shows others what I am looking at possible chances is my friend list people will join but will leave due to video quality. Live can work for you or against you. The most significant upside of Facebook Live is the user's social experience.
