Facebook Groups makes it easy to choose who the message needs to be delivered to, it's easy to utilize and you get notifications whenever anyone has replied. The app also is a huge plus to make sure you never miss a beat.

Facebook Groups in business sometimes seem not as professional as an email or professional site. It does allow for you to connect in a less intense environment.

**What do you like best about Facebook Groups?**

The ability to interact with others interested in the same thing or a part of the same group. We can all collectively talk about the things we are all interested in. Specifically for our company, it is a way to create a special extra group for our customers to feel a part of things.

**What do you dislike about Facebook Groups?**

You cannot post stories or create more of a social media strategy using Facebook groups. There is no way to interact besides posting in the timeline.

Creating a group for all of our partners and customers to feel a part of the company more. It brings people together and allows them to share what they like and dislike and allows us to make changes and updates to ensure we keep these partners and customers happy.

you get the insight to alot of things bu simply chatting with people from the same group and can pass on the information too.

there are a few people who provide fake information or misguide you to a location. Sometimes there is a cheap environment around, people being vulgar and mischievous.

I always worry about privacy with social media platforms. Especially alarming are recent reports of ethical violations by Facebook not taking action when harm was knowingly done to members. A tragedy.

Easy platform to get users onboarded. Almost everyone who is interested already has a Facebook account and is familiar with the platform. No registering or educating the user to get started. They just click a link, join, and start chatting.

Admin tools could be better. Hard to find posts that break rules. Would love more automation to help control the group.

Creating a Facebook account is very involved and some folks refuse to rejoin the platform. All the usability in the world is made irrelevant then.

I haven't found many downsides of using Facebook groups. Except that members can get opinionated and rude. Best to have a moderator and stay on topic.

I don't like so much that you can't reach all the people that are into the group, and you can't write a DM if it isn't your contact

Easy to moderate and filter requests to join. Integrates with Facebook page and doesn't require users to download additional apps in order to access the community.

Functionalities can be limiting to initiate high engaging conversations. Slack does a great job at integrating different apps and I wish FB groups did the same.

I feel like I cant ever tell how many people are going to see the group post. I tried posting more and less often and couldnt ever hit the sweet spot. I got interaction, but it was never consistent.
