**What do you like best about Fabriq?**

The Fabriq application proves particularly useful for businesses, as it simplifies the implementation of actions and encourages collaboration between stakeholders from various departments, allowing issues to be resolved effectively.

The proposed routines are also very relevant: they help structure employees' days, optimize work organization, and strengthen daily coordination.

**What do you dislike about Fabriq?**

What is lacking today is the ability to analyze all the data within Fabriq. Currently, it is not possible to extract all the data or perform analyses directly from the application.

The integration of data extraction and analysis features would provide the opportunity to fully leverage the collected information, allowing for the identification of useful indicators for management and continuous improvement.

**What problems is Fabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool effectively supports us in solving various issues, whether it involves 5S, process optimization, quality management, or even safety. It offers the possibility to centralize the actions to be undertaken, ensure their follow-up, and coordinate the different stakeholders involved.

Furthermore, it proves very useful for structuring and managing continuous improvement projects. It allows for clarifying objectives, detailing the steps to be taken, and distributing responsibilities, which simplifies the implementation and daily monitoring of improvement initiatives.

**What do you like best about Fabriq?**

Its handling is very easy and very fun. Daily use, because we use it to animate our cascade of rituals in daily production and this has greatly energized these rituals by making them more interactive, more robust, and especially more visual with indicators, action plans, etc... a single place to centralize and manage our action plans. No more need for Excel files. We can also integrate files, photos into the action tickets, it's great. The teams are very responsive and friendly, which doesn't hurt ;-)

**What do you dislike about Fabriq?**

Implementation requires good preparation of the cascade before implementation in the tool, otherwise everything has to be redone, which is not always very practical. The lack of flexibility in the formatting of indicator charts. The obligation to completely redo the indicator if one wishes to modify a parameter.

**What problems is Fabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fabriq has allowed us to energize our communication across the entire management line, from top management to teams on the ground in production, and also to integrate support services. And this despite having 3 different production sites. 

Moreover, we have gained efficiency in decision-making with action-taking during rituals and the speed of processing these actions afterwards. Centralization of action plans on a single interactive platform. Possibility to escalate these tickets to top management in case of a problem or to relay information back to the field. 

Very visual indicators are shared and concatenated up to the top management level (safety, production, QSE, etc.). 

The data is thus more easily visible to everyone and can be integrated into our various rituals without copying or reformatting.

Better fluidity in communication, centralization of data and actions, visual animation of our AIC, all of this allows us to be more efficient and much more responsive.

**What do you like best about Fabriq?**

The ease of use and the overall view of the performance of our production lines (indicators, paretos) allow for factual, quick, and action-oriented exchanges during the AIC. Another strong point: the tool centralizes all of our action plans, whether they are short-term actions, actions from the gemba, or problem resolutions through the use of processes.

**What do you dislike about Fabriq?**

Some aspects still need improvement: there is a lack of more advanced customization of the tool, and we are sometimes limited in data analysis, action plans, and routines/gemba, which can hinder the optimization of reporting to the group.

**What problems is Fabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fabriq allows us to centralize and structure all information related to the performance of our production lines. The tool facilitates the monitoring of indicators, the management of action plans, and problem-solving. Thanks to Fabriq, communication is more cross-functional and global, which saves us time, improves team responsiveness, and promotes better collaboration among all production stakeholders.

**What do you like best about Fabriq?**

What I appreciate most about Fabriq is the ability to have all the information and tools on a single platform (Ticket, GEMBA, Communication, TIER). This allows me to track the progress of actions at a glance, in a smooth and structured manner, while facilitating daily collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Fabriq?**

What currently displeases me about Fabriq is the difficulty in analyzing the tickets and GEMBA as thoroughly as I would like. Some data or analysis views lack depth, which sometimes limits the ability to fully leverage the available information.

**What problems is Fabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fabriq makes it easier to relay information between different TIERS and improves communication between services. Before its deployment, we regularly encountered difficulties in circulating information from one TIER to another, and a large portion of the data was still managed in paper format, which led to losses and a lack of visibility. Thanks to Fabriq, we now benefit from a complete digitization of our information, centralized in one place. This enhances traceability, streamlines exchanges, and improves collective efficiency.

His visual and collaborative approach makes continuous improvement accessible to everyone. The standardization module helps secure our processes, while the ShopFloor Manager and audits facilitate quick and precise actions. It is an ideal tool for training teams and sustainably strengthening the culture of continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about Fabriq?**

Some modules could be more flexible to better adapt to particularly specific processes. The ergonomics, even though it remains intuitive, would sometimes require some adjustments to offer more fluidity during field use. However, the support team is responsive, and the frequency of updates shows a genuine attention to user feedback.

**What problems is Fabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fabriq responds concretely to our needs for information feedback from quality routines by transforming previously manual and scattered processes into an integrated and responsive system. Standardization allows us to harmonize methods and reduce quality discrepancies, while the ShopFloor Manager provides teams with the ability to report and address anomalies in real-time, directly on the ground. The Audit and Production Support modules strengthen this setup by structuring the follow-up of corrective actions and enhancing feedback, which is particularly relevant for our routines, such as monitoring deviations from the control plan. As a manager, this translates to less time spent consolidating data, more availability to support teams, and a much smoother transmission of best practices, including to new arrivals.

The major advantage of fabriq is undoubtedly its great ease of use and the speed with which one can get to grips with it. Among the most appreciated features, we clearly find the creation of tickets for problem resolution, continuous improvement, communication, as well as routine management.

**What do you dislike about Fabriq?**

There are no disadvantages to using fabriq. No feature falls below expectations, as customer support is very responsive and constantly improving.

**What problems is Fabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that Fabriq helps to solve are varied. The tool offers extensive coverage, touching on several services and addressing issues related to Quality, Safety, and Performance. We primarily use it to address long-term problems, relying on integrated processes like 8D or gemba. Furthermore, we have integrated our Hoshin Kanri matrix into Fabriq, which facilitates project management over several years. In the daily life of the teams, Fabriq stands out as a "living" dashboard that centralizes all necessary information (indicators, communications, tickets, etc.).

What I appreciate most about Fabriq is its ability to simplify collaboration and centralize our actions. The intuitive interface and well-thought-out features promote total transparency on a daily basis, which improves clarity and responsiveness within teams. Fabriq has become an indispensable tool, making our production rituals more enjoyable thanks to its attractive visual design. Its efficient ticket management facilitates problem-solving within activities. It greatly promotes communication and interactions between different production teams or managerial levels.

One aspect to improve would be the customization of features. Sometimes, I would like to have more options to tailor the tool to our specific needs, as well as additional integrations to optimize automation. Moreover, some features related to indicators could benefit from an evolution to offer better data analysis or facilitate the automatic integration of data.

What I like most about Fabriq is its ability to make collaboration and action tracking simple and effective. The interface is intuitive, the features are well thought out, and it creates real transparency in projects. We gain clarity, responsiveness, and team cohesion, which is essential for achieving our goals.

There are few things I don't appreciate, but if I had to mention one aspect to improve, it would be the possibility of more advanced customization. Sometimes, I would like to be able to go even further in customization or have more integrations available to optimize automation. That said, the tool is evolving quickly and remains very promising!

**What do you like best about Fabriq?**

Fabriq has allowed us to digitize all of our daily rituals in the factories. Our main goal was to digitize the action plans: whereas before we had a multitude of action plans in the same factory, everything is now centralized in Fabriq. This makes management much simpler and clearer. Fabriq is now used daily and has quickly become an indispensable tool. The Fabriq team is also very responsive, and the tool evolves rapidly: we have noticed many changes since its installation five years ago.

**What do you dislike about Fabriq?**

Some features still need to evolve, particularly regarding the indicators: for example, it is not possible to view past data or to add multiple data points on the same date. The routines could also be improved, especially to allow for correcting an evaluation or accessing more detailed statistics.

**What problems is Fabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fabriq allows us to better track ongoing actions in the factory and share them with support services. The communication of issues is thus more efficient and faster, which helps us know where they stand and resolve them more quickly.

The dashboard interface stands out for its visual and attractive appearance, which encourages regular screen consultation and makes our production rituals more enjoyable. Ticket management simplifies the grouping of action plans, while team structuring allows for efficient circulation of topics.

What I like less about Fabriq is the inability to group certain indicators, especially over a quarterly period. Furthermore, although we use the "routines" tab to conduct quarterly audits — which is not its primary function — this use remains limited. Finally, creating dashboards is not always intuitive: it is necessary to be well-acquainted with the different widgets, and the layout can easily be disrupted when adding a new widget.

Fabriq is an interactive tool, particularly easy to use, which significantly facilitates the animation of rituals (AIC), the escalation and handling of field issues, communication, as well as performance tracking. It is a turnkey tool, very easy to implement.

For the moment, I use the similar ticket function of Fabriq little and I find data exploitation difficult (example: extracting the date of events)

Fabriq allows me to escalate or de-escalate information, communicate, and report irritants in a very simple and instant manner within my organization (from the operator to the site director). The Fabriq team is also very responsive and answers your questions or suggestions in just a few minutes.

Some options do not yet exist or are not necessarily suitable or adaptable to certain needs. However, the various regular additions allow these barriers to be overcome.

Fabriq limits us today in the temporal consolidation of indicators (no YTD adaptable to our fiscal year and inability to consolidate weeks into months). Additionally, adding a widget in the right place on a dashboard can be complex.

**What do you like best about Fabriq?**

It is the ultimate Daily Management System tool for me. I particularly like the ease of sharing tickets, adding descriptions, and processes. The ability to filter using tags and build routines for field visits is really appreciable. I also find it very useful to do a detailed follow-up of the action plan with Fabriq. The precision we can bring to the characterization of our problems and the sharing of information makes Fabriq valuable for us. Moreover, the tool is easily deployable, which made our transition from a paper system much simpler.

**What do you dislike about Fabriq?**

A particular expectation on routine analyses. Today it is very easy to create indicators from ticket analysis, less so with routines. An indicator allowing the analysis of multiple routines is difficult to modify; a new one will need to be created if we want to add or remove routines to analyze.

Fabriq solves our communication and collaboration problems, improves responsiveness and the tracking of action plans. I appreciate the ease of sharing tickets, adding descriptions, and building routines for field visits.

The software is highly stable and reliable, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy for users at all levels of an organization to adopt. It comes with essential Lean processes already integrated, which supports working in a structured and systematic manner, such as when tackling problem solving. The action tracking feature, along with the ability to link action plans to KPIs or events, is also a particularly powerful aspect. Additionally, the software offers connectivity with other data systems, further enhancing its usefulness.

I would appreciate having access to more metrics and meta-content related to the problem-solving processes, such as the duration a case remains open, the time it stays active, the number of interactions throughout the process, a Pareto analysis of participants and their active versus inactive times, as well as the average time taken to close a case.

fabriq allows users to deploy KPIs and metrics across a range of industrial activities, including both manufacturing and administrative processes. Analyzing these metrics helps identify factors that impact performance, and the system provides tools for users to define action plans and collaborate on addressing any gaps that are discovered.

I greatly appreciate the ease of use of Fabriq, which is very user-friendly and allows me to navigate easily on a daily basis. This simplicity of use helps improve my performance day by day, particularly thanks to its intuitive and user-friendly interface. Fabriq also stands out for its ability to assist users when they encounter difficulties, thus providing real support and facilitating the continuity of work. Moreover, the integration with other tools like ETQ and PowerBI is seamless, allowing for a flawless connection and enhancing the efficiency of my workflow. The initial setup experience was very simple and effective, thanks to the support of Pierre Bausio, which allowed me to quickly adapt to using this product. Furthermore, I am impressed by the constant developments of the product that meet the users' needs, thus consolidating my positive experience with Fabriq.

I greatly appreciate Fabriq for its very intuitive interface, which is suitable for all users, greatly facilitating navigation and use of the tool. Fabriq's ability to offer continuous improvements to its features is also exceptional, ensuring that the tool remains relevant and effective over time. Fabriq stands out with its varied modules that allow for the efficient digitization of all performance rituals within the company, thus ensuring consistency in observation, problem reporting, and the implementation of improvement actions, which sustains the processes. Thanks to Fabriq, we have made significant progress in communication and sharing, which improves team cohesion and collective efficiency. The power of the integrated tickets in Fabriq allows for fully resolving observed issues, adding a very useful problem-solving dimension. Finally, as a project manager, I have benefited from dedicated support by a Fabriq advisor, which facilitated the deployment of the tool in our organization.

**What do you dislike about Fabriq?**

To date in our company, routines represent the least developed feature according to our needs. Push the stats on the negative points in order to target, within the different routines, the points we observe as failing and that we would like to highlight more simply as being an irritant and/or recurrences. We use the performance feature quite little to fully exploit the Iframe via tools like Power BI.

I use Fabriq to digitize performance rituals, improve communication, solve problems, and capitalize on inter-departmental processes, thanks to its intuitive interface and efficient tickets.

Fabriq serves as a customizable sandbox, allowing you to organize your dashboard and utilize its available features according to your needs. However, not every configuration may be possible, so you might need to adapt how you represent certain activities to fit within the tool’s capabilities. Once you have set it up, Fabriq operates smoothly without any usage issues. There is still room for enhancement, such as adding more features or improving the connections between tickets, actions, and root cause analysis. I appreciate the Fabriq application for its very intuitive user interface, which simplifies getting started with the tool quickly and easily. This facilitates the rapid integration and adoption of the QRQC methodology in production plants, allowing teams to more easily adhere to the proposed working methods. Additionally, the online help significantly contributes to this rapid and effective adoption. Fabriq stands out for its ability to structure the problem-solving methodology in production, which improves inter-team communication and promotes faster problem resolution. I also found that the support offered during the initial installation, providing a customized setup, is of great help for immediate adoption by the teams. I have observed very few, if any, negative feedback from end users.

Fabriq allows us to have all our rituals accessible in a single platform. Fabriq enables all the operators of our production lines to access numerous production tracking information, communications, and indicator boards, and to easily create tickets that can then be escalated to different points. The rituals are more enjoyable and the tracking information is always up to date. Fabriq is very easy to use and to get the hang of.

The impossibility of being able to exploit all the ticket data and produce graphs, such as obtaining Pareto charts on different causes.

Nothing at all to complain about! Everything is top-notch, including their responsiveness whenever we have questions or request a special design.

- I did not have an overall view of the implementation to be able to give my opinion.
- I appreciate the ease of use, it is smooth when used in Kiosk mode.

The API is not fully standardized, and not being able to limit the rights of API keys (for reading, writing, etc.) is a security risk. Regarding the use of AI, perhaps transparency about the destination of the data and the possibility to "opt-out" of these features. On this point, it might already be the case and I am simply uninformed.

I use FabriQ to drive daily performance, particularly through the digitalization of AICs. For me, AICs are a true foundation of Lean Manufacturing: they structure daily management and make performance visible, shared, and actionable.

Around this foundation, naturally revolve:

gembas, multi-level audits, the management of operators' ideas and suggestions, the declaration of events (according to the processes in place)..., as well as the management of action plans in the short, medium, and long term, up to strategic actions.

Across all these processes, FabriQ provides a comprehensive solution for managing daily performance. It is precisely this ability to cover this entire range with a single tool that makes FabriQ a key tool.

I note the ease of daily use of the FabriQ application. Combined with effective customer support, the definition of internal governance within the company is facilitated.

**What do you dislike about Fabriq?**

One of the main challenges with FabriQ, and more broadly with any digital tool, lies in the acculturation of teams. Some employees may be reluctant, or even worried, about replacing paper with digital media. FabriQ is not exempt from this reality: the issue is not so much the tool itself as the support for change and daily adoption.

Furthermore, regarding indicators, it can sometimes feel a bit limited in terms of configuration. However, we have chosen to turn this constraint into an opportunity: it has pushed us to simplify our management, to return to the essentials, and to make our data management more readable, more robust, and more effective.

FabriQ accompanies me throughout the deployment, whether it is local or international, including in a multi-site context. What I like most about Fabriq is making the tracking of actions simple and effective. The user interface of the ticketing system is intuitive, the features are well thought out, and it creates real transparency in daily tasks.
