Through the platform, the applicants to our programs are able to create their profiles and provide the requested information. It makes it easier for us to filter different pipelines, countries, programs, and other characteristics, building stronger data management for the pipeline. It's also interesting for us to be able to see when an applicant started to fill out the form but didn't finish it. We can send direct messages through the platform to make them aware of any upcoming deadlines. Additionally, we can create events and promote them to a particular set of profiles within the platform. The process to promote an event and/or validating the event's profile could be more straightforward. Currently, we are promoting a couple of events, for example, and I had to exchange a few emails with our support person to be able to actually start promoting it.
