The most helpful features about this platform are:

1. The first and best feature I liked about this platform when I started using it was it's really smooth sign-up process. I was able to create an account within a minute and start an instant communication.

2. I was able to send SMS and receive bulk text messages online with tons of campaigns quickly and cost-effectively. This helped me send out campaigns all around the world.

3. ezTalks has lots of customizable templates in advance that lets me send great messages using those templates efficiently. I was also able to upload from Excel i.e. CSV files to import multiple contacts in bulk to send out to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The features I disliked about it are:

1. A major turn off for me was the lack of a video conferencing/video call feature in ezTalks which makes me switch to other platforms for video/face interaction.

2. The audio conferencing quality of ezTalks during is really poor as I faced lots of voice drops and even voice freezes while being on international calls.
