The most comprehensive cloud-based PMS Software that offers property management capabilities, front office, online booking engine, back office, guest management, payroll, housekeeping guest relationship management, laundry, and more. This PMS Software aims to help any kind of hotels to effectively manage, find, acquire, and manage their customers.

**What do you dislike about eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS?**

The only thing I dislike about this PMS software is, I have to follow lof ot instructions to complete specific tasks. Hotels needs to be latest version of this PMS software to train new employees.

Few downsides with eZee Frontdesk includes

**What do you like best about eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS?**

eZee FrontDesk Hotel Management Software has helped us to easily obtain the Hotel Audit Report. The best part of the software is that you can also access the Restaurant POS. The Front Desk is where I had the most experience when using this software. Support is superb. The team is very supportive.

**What do you dislike about eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS?**

None, but sometimes the software would be down temporarily. However, most of the time, the software worked well for the hotel and was easy to use.

**What problems is eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Software helped us to easily obtain the Audit Report in comparison with the Restaurant POS; the best part is you can access it anywhere.

User-friendlyness is the best thing the PMS has.
Support is superb. Team is super supportive.

**What do you dislike about eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS?**

I did not find any challenges as such.
It's software and always demands upgrading as the requirements come up and the team is so cool they are already on it and keep innovating. So no complaints as of now.

**What problems is eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revenues are streamlined, and the process becomes a bit smoother.
Team support is so good that all of our staff is familiar with the team members.

its a good system as it more than meets the requirements of any hotel of any size. Very feature rich and esay to use .

single event booking is not there and invoice tempates are too long also

optimized options and readiness as it is an out of box solution that fit very well hotel operations

Sometimes it takes time to load. Consume lot of internet. But overall product is good

The feature-rich hotel software offers a variety of functions for your establishment. Its categories span across Front Office, Group Booking, Laundry, Guest Engagement, Back Office, Housekeeping, Banquet, Mini-bar, and Payroll. Although I'm most familiar with Front Desk, I appreciate the software's extensive capabilities.

**What do you dislike about eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS?**

Although there were occasional temporary downtimes, the hotel software was generally efficient and user-friendly.

**What problems is eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The hotel effectively addressed various concerns such as reservation management, group bookings, and monthly payroll discrepancies, as well as identifying the reasons for variations in housekeeping time. By logging and comparing data from previous months, we were able to set achievable goals and incentivize employees to improve the hotel's performance. This approach proved beneficial for the overall success of the establishment.

**What do you like best about eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS?**

Simple to use. No monthly membership, just a one-time fee depending on how many rooms your hotel/motel has. It has other features software available to use integrate with eZee Frontdesk (extra cost) but we just use the Frontdesk software. When you begin to use the software is a little difficult to set up, but you can personalize and customize the interface to your preference.

**What do you dislike about eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS?**

Sometimes is a little difficult to handle the reports, to how to find out the numbers that we need, I mean how to find the exact kind report that we are looking for. If we want to chat or contact customer support, we have to pay the hotel maintenance fee otherwise we are not able to contact them for assistance. When we need tech support, we need to contact them very late at night for a different time zone (support from India). 

**Recommendations to others considering eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS:**

If you are looking for software that you could manage your hotel without monthly membership this is for you. 

**What problems is eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has helped us to have updated the guest with their reservations. The feature Email Automation is very beneficial to send a booking confirmation email to the guest. Get the necessary report for the government tax agency and to organized the reservations.

It works, for what we needed. The program has evolved and gotten much better, We are happy with it!

Some buggy moments but it has gotten better over time, Govind knows his stuff, The registering was flawless!

What I like the best about this software is the amount of functions they can provide for your hotel. The categories on their software include Front Office, Group Booking, Laundry, Guest Engagement, Back Office ,Housekeeping, Banquet, Mini-bar, and Payroll. Front Desk is where I had the most experience when using this software.

**What do you dislike about eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS?**

Sometimes the software would be down temporarily, however most of the time, the software worked really well for the hotel and was really easy to use.

**Recommendations to others considering eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS:**

Definitely worth considering when managing a hotel and especially with working at Front Desk. This software will allow you to plan and organize everything you need in a way that the hotel will succeed from.

**What problems is eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The hotel was able to solve issues of reservations, group booking, payroll difference each month with house keeping as to why some months take house keepers more time to clean rooms. This benefited us well by tracking our data logged and shows how it compares to previous months. We were able to make goals and make incentives for employees by making new goals each month to help better the hotel.

**What do you like best about eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS?**

User friendly and easy to use. To teach older people how to use the software, it is not very difficult, and you are able to see all open rooms at once (depending on the size of the hotel). Overall good software. 

**What do you dislike about eZee FrontDesk Hotel PMS?**

May be difficult to see clean and dirty rooms if there are many hotel rooms in your hotel. For a small hotel, it works great. Also logs you out of the system often which is frustrating. I wouldn't recommend for hotels with more than 100 rooms.

Don't log people out so often
