**What do you like best about eZee Absolute Hotel PMS?**

I like that every individual employee has their own separate login, and that helps to create accountability within my system.

**What do you dislike about eZee Absolute Hotel PMS?**

I have a problem with my POS system, Square Pay, not connecting to the eZee Absolute software. It would be great to have it all in one system or to connect that more easily. That would be a better choice for me.

**What problems is eZee Absolute Hotel PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use eZee Absolute Hotel PMS for employee management, all my reservations, guest listings, and payment information. I like the separate logins for accountability but wish it integrated better with my POS system for card payments.

It has a lot of features that are essential for everyday hotel task management. Moreover, it allows customization in terms of features rather than pre-determines set of features.

**What do you dislike about eZee Absolute Hotel PMS?**

It is a little bit complicated for those who are not familiar with such platforms. Too many features for those who don't know what they would like. However, support is quite helpful to aid such hotels to choose the right plan.

**What problems is eZee Absolute Hotel PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to manage hotel process in one platform and improve the efficiency of the company. This is essential, especially for hotels, as instant customer request management is not possible without such systems.
