Our team finds the software to be easy to use.

Sometimes I find it difficult to find old POs and Invoices with a searching tap.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wish that old POs and Invoices could all be uploaded on WS to view easily.

> Thanks for the review!  Glad you’re finding Lingo easy to use. Lingo is geared towards simplifying “active” documents, but there are ways to search for and review older, previously processed documents too. 
In addition to a simple search that includes a document number, you could create and save a broader search. For example, you could search for all Invoices for a particular EDI customer that were transmitted last month. You could then save that search and have easy one-click access to that information.
You could also tag documents with your own custom tags, creating a quick way to retrieve important documents without going through long lists or having to remember document numbers.

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

I like the ease of all steps.  If any questions arise, I know that I can count on customer service to assist me quickly and have the answers needed.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

I dislike having to call in to get answers on some of the remittances received.  Vendors do not have access to many reports, such as what products are included as defective without calling so that we can make a note on our bookkeeping.  Being a manufacturer. We must have this information.  I have to call in every time we receive this adjustment.

**Recommendations to others considering eZCom Software EDI:**

Lingo is one of the easiest programs to use.  It takes very little to navigate the program.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to get the orders from Lingo and I receive emails as each step is completed.  The benefit is I do not have to keep logging into Lingo for answers.,

My experience with eZcom is still in the early stages (4 months), but so far they have surpassed all expectations and their quality of support and partnership is above any other provider I have worked with before.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

The user interface can be a bit overwhelming to a non-technical user, but their support team makes up for that by helping to answer any and all questions you may have.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EDI Partnership with our customers. Set up is seamless, and the order flow and support allow our team to focus on other projects.

Not only a web-friendly online platform for EDI, but one you can integrate with your ERP for full automation.  On top of their great platform, their customer service is exceptional.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

No dislikes with eZCom's platform.  They are accommodating if they don't have EDI mapping for another customer and are eager to resolve any issues.

Using eZCom allows us to focus on our business vs. the day to day integrations of EDI.

Unless you are somewhat familiar with this type of system and setup, it is not user-friendly.  While many of the people are very nice, being a novice and trying to set everything up is VERY difficult

Working with Dillards and Nordstrom could not happen successfully if not using EZCom

once you understand how to use it, it's pretty straightforward.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

This is industry specific-  I wish that larger retailers would integrate sales reporting, and purchase orders into one platform. Getting setup with and supported by retailers is a really clunky, expensive process.

the only problem it's solving is us getting our Purchase orders

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

The team at eZCom has been vital to the success of our clients. As more retailers move toward EDI, we needed to be able to keep up and support the growth of our clients. eZCom has been an excellent EDI resource and support for our team throughout our working relationship. They are diligent, patient, and kind, and can answer our technical questions in a way that is easy to understand. We've been able to rely on them for countless situations, and don't have to worry about being EDI experts ourselves.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

I don't dislike anything about working with eZCom. I try to learn as much as I can so that I don't create any issues from my end - so maybe some additional Lingo help resources, how-to's, or what not to do's with EDI would add some value. However, I know I can contact support for any outstanding questions I have.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eZCom helps us to quickly and accurately process client purchase orders in our system via Lingo integration. We're able to process PO's in a fraction of the time it would take us to manually enter information, and eliminates the potential for error. We're also able to reach out to the team for assistance with any problem that is above our knowledge level, and can count on them to help us work through it.

TOOK ME ALL THESE YEARS TO TO FIGURE OUT THE DOCUMENT NUMBER IS THE PO NUMBER THE STORE ASSIGNS. WHEN I ASKED FOR TRAINING, NO ONE FROM TRACTOR SUPPLY, EZCOM OR EDI WOULD ASSIST, OR THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHO COULD ASSIST. ITS FRUSTRATING. I NOW KNOW THAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO ENTER THE INVOICE FOR PAYMENT.

* We used Lingo/Ezom for multiple years and it truly made my life easy for getting orders, navigating and correcting outstanding.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

* It was a little harder to ship hard/in store orders compared to dropship

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* It was good to use for when we were manually entering dropship orders.

I like that the support team is knowledgeable and when they don't have an immediate answer they consult with their team and get back to you with accurate informtion.

It would be helpful when there is a new support team member that they identify themselves as such and understand it is ok to get back to me with answers.

EzCom is a great partner for all your EDI needs.  From integration to day to day managing they are helpful and available to solve any issues and instruct the user so next time less help is needed.

I have worked with the eZCom implementation team for several years setting up vendors and testing EDI with them to connect with my company's EDI system.  They are a great team to work with.  Implementing EDI with eZCom is always easier vs other EDI providers. I have never had any issues with them throughout the years.  I also never hear complaints from our vendors when they use the application.   They have implemented our mapping and special requests and we never have issues with the data as we do with other providers.  The support team responds and has the knowledge to answer questions.  I have dealt with other EDI providers that never get back to my support requests or questions.  overall, this is a fantastic company.

I am not a direct user of the application but I am involved with eZCom through my vendors that connect to my EDI system via eZCom.  I often hear complaints from some vendors who are not happy with their current EDI provider so I always recommend eZCom.  They have everything setup and mapped as requested and will help out with any changes needed. They are so much nicer and easier to work with vs other EDI providers. The application is much easier to use and less time consuming vs other EDI applications.

So far, I have not experienced any downsides.

EZ Com is very quick compared to other software we have used that do similar jobs. The number of steps needed to invoice or send an ASN is minimal.

> Thanks for the kind words and feedback. In general, you want your Invoices to go out right after your Shipments go out. That ensures that your EDI customer receives your Invoices and submits payment promptly.
Lingo can help you do that. You can automate the creation and sending of EDI Invoices right after your Shipments are sent. You can also set up an integration that extracts invoice numbers from your external ERP or accounting system. And if your EDI customer requires invoice consolidation, Lingo can automatically consolidate your invoices as they go out. Please contact support so we can help you further.
