**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

It is easy to use.....but even if it wasnt, their customer service is so excellent that it doesn't feel like it matters.  I'm a small business owner who does NOT possesss the technical skills to interface with the corporate buyers.  Enter eZCom and we are good to go!

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

I haven't found any! The hardest part for me is being sure I capitalize the correct letters in their name! ;-)

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Translating corporate and warehousing speak to language a small business owner/supplier can understand.

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

eZCom Customer Service is top notch! Although I have been using their Lingo platform for years now, when I started they took the time to explain how the various components of EDI work and worked very closely with our team to ensure data flow was clean.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

Overall, eZCom is top notch! However, if I had to find one thing I dislike from the user perspective, it would be that for the user, the Ways of Working should be consistent regardless of which retailer we are connected to. With many connections, come many ways of working.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EDI has taken away the manual order process and has been a key reason for our growth in recent years. We would not have had the opportunities to expand if EDI wasn't in place.

When evaluating eZCom software against competitors, we found the product to be much more simplified than its competitors. In eZCom's Lingo platform, you have a step-by-step process to complete tasks, always having the ability to revert/fix errors.

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

I am new to working on this platform and was thrust into a position I had no knowledge about. I was either to sink or swim.  I have learned in life to be honest about being new to a position, and much to my surprise; people are will to help. We need to return back our old ways and help each other in areas where we don't know.  I found this true with ez.com.
From the 1st time I picked up the phone and explained to them I am a new user, they have gone over the top in assisting me with the Lingo platform and other areas where I lacked knowledge. I never feel rushed or "stupid" because they take time and make learning fun and "e-z"
I mentioned to my employer just how great e-z com is and she AGREES 100% because she too is not well trained in using website.  
I would highly recommend and have talked them up to other co-workers to "pick up the phone" E-Z com with walk you through the process with pleasure.

NOT ONE THING TO I DISLIKE ABOUT WORKING WITH THEM.

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

eZCom Software is the definition of customer-focused. Everything they do keeps the customers in mind at all times. In EDI, customer data needs are often unique and don't necessarily transfer in a cookie-cutter manner between projects. eZCom Software listens closely to customer needs and understands configuration changes and possible customizations that will make the Lingo software fit perfectly with their customers. It is always the customer first. Also, the people at eZCom are super lovely and kind. Always a pleasure to deal with.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

There are no downsides to using eZCom Software EDI. Their product solves the needs for countless partners and retailers beautifully.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the EDI order processing features for batch processing and validation checks with chargebacks. We also extensively use the reporting capabilities.

There are no downsides in fact the eZCom team often solicits feedback from their users and they proactively identify trends and quickly develop solutions for development. Ted and his skilled team provide A class support and have assisted us with our rapid growth. A partner that you can rely on!

It is easy to use, alway reliable, but it the customer service team Sam and Dallas(who I have known for prob over a decade) that makes EZcom a great company. Staff is always willing to help, extremely patient and well versed in their knowledge.   That make it easy for anyone, like myself to use the system.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

I guess if there was only one thing, if you would be that EzCom does not print price tickets and stickers overseas. It is real easy to order through your system, but expensive for customer to ship overseas.

The program is very easy to use! That's important to those in this office because a lot of us are not super techie!  The support is also top tier!

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

There's not much I dislike about the system.  Maybe that I'm not a millionaire, and I still have to work?

**Recommendations to others considering eZCom Software EDI:**

It's a super easy to use program, even for folks like me that despise everything technical.  If you have to do the EDI thing, use these guys because they are super smart, make it easy to understand when you have technical issues or user questions and also have great follow up to make sure things are working well for you.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Document turn-around seems to work quicker & smoother using EDI processes.  It also makes for faster payments from our customers.

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

Using EzCom has been so helpful for managing all our drop ship accounts. The customer service team is great. Short wait times, thorough and helpful staff with lots of knowledge.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

It can seem a bit complicated at first. If the customer service wasn't as helpful as they are, it could be confusing and hard to solve problems independently. Maybe sending through an SOP or common issues and solutions could be beneficial when someone joins.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We receive large amounts of orders. Having eZCom saves our team so much time by merging multiple steps into one. Additionally, maintaining accurate inventory consistently is excellent.

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

I was struggling for weeks getting our EDI provider on the phone after they triple our rates. 

We switched to eZCom and they were amazing. Courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. 

The pricing is much more reasonable and the software highly robust and customizable. I'm still shocked at the ease of their interface. 

EDI doesn't need to be so unapproachable.  I can highly recommend eZCom!

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

I dislike how it's makes me think back to time wasted on a lesser interface. 

I dislike I didn't have eZCom to begin with.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How they work with the Vendor partners to answers questions before you have them. 

They really tackle batch options with gusto. I had 52 different orders and marveled how quickly and intuitively I could process, make adjustments, etc...

Huge number of partners they work with and the help available is incredible.  Call backs are normally within minutes and they're very patient.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

For a seasonal business it's easy to forget the processes so perhaps some more documentation on variable pack sizes/weights/method of shipping would be useful.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making EDI affordable for a small business and simplifying the process as much as possible.

I love how easy it is to call into EzCom, and get ANY question answered, and the quality of customer service is amazing. From start to finish on a vendor set-up this team makes it so easy.

Ezcom supports our partnership with Large Retailers, for our EDI needs. The benefit of EzCom is they do all the heavy lifting for you, and then train you.

Its interface is a little bit confusing due to the arrangement of tools. As the UI is not fully customizable, it is sometimes confusing for users which device to select for their desired task. 
Also, it has been seen that the workflow or processing speed is affected when we try to process more extensive data and multiple files or documentation simultaneously.

I don't know where they find these folks, but over the years I've always had a positive experience every single time I call.  Not to mention they somehow know all the ins and outs of how each of MY customers wants to work with EDI - and trust me, they are ALL different.

EDI is clunky.  From my experience, it is for everyone. So the software program you choose has to act like a translater of sorts to make sense of the EDI world.    Sometimes it seems overwhelming, but I think eZCom does a good job at simplifying.

eZCom is the software interface we chose to receive and send EDI documents with our larger retail customers. EZCom was the first and only EDI service we have ever used.  We signed up for their services because the price was so much better than any of their competitors. We have been pleasantly surprised  with the quality of their customer service and the degree of hand-holding they are happy to endure with a complete EDI novice liky myself.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

The only downside with EDI (and all EDI companies for that matter) is the extra fees when adding other companies.  We have a drop-ship client who rarely orders but requires EDI, so it doesn't make sense to pay the $60 set-up fee (or whatever it is) and $10 per month for a couple of very small orders per year.d

eZCom has been the EDI expert for our organization, and their support team has quickly resolved any challenges we've encountered.  The eZCom team operates at a pace that can't be beaten!

One of our biggest challenges has been processing EDI 860 order changes from our customers.  The way this process is handled when you have a warehouse integration with a 3PL is a bit clunky, especially with the quick order processing leadtimes expected from retail customers.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The eZCom went above and beyond helping us set up all of our items, customers, etc. and configure the NetSuite integration settings to ensure data flowed seamlessly.  They have also ensured all mapping and customer requirements are met ongoing, which has eliminated any EDI compliance problems with our customers.

What's not to like?

eZCom has been a great integration partner. They are knowledgeable about the industry and offer both a robust set of services with Lingo, and a wide selection of integration options.
They have been highly diligent in their marketing efforts on our behalf. While at the same time being delightfully competent in the more technical aspects of the work. eZCom has been receptive to feedback from us as well as provided useful critiques of our specs and services. Honestly, every call we have with eZCom leaves me smiling. Who could ask for more?

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

In my interactions with the eZCom team and services, my primary dislikes all stem from the fact that we could have started our business relationship sooner, but due to circumstances and modernity, we waited longer than we should have. C'est la vie I guess.

We have a huge vendor pool with highly diffuse technical aptitudes and capacities. eZcom is providing a bridge for those vendors who need it by reducing the overall technical burden for those vendors to integrate and grow their businesses. While at the same time, they provide us with guidance around best practices, industry expectations for new transaction sets we are looking to roll out, and great conversations during our check-in calls. If all of the above wasn't enough, the eZcom team has proven flexible and creative in our joint search for better integrations. The Lingo portal appears to be fairly easy to use and our 3PL was already familiar with Lingo so that helped quite a bit.  Our old EDI provider portal was not intuitive at all and we were constantly emailing them for data and resends.

I am still getting familiar with the software but I am hoping there is a way to sort documents in the outboxes so that all documents related to a PO master can be grouped together.  I'm haven't found this functionality yet.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our goal is to be able to transmit accurate ASN info to our retail partners and avoid all of the chargebacks we have been receiving.  This was not happening with our previous EDO partner due to some programming issues on their side as well as the complication of some of our retail partner's requirements.  Again, we have just started using Lingo so we have yet to determine if we are meeting all of our retail partner's requirements but I believe the data we are now transmitting is more accurate.

Most areas are user friendly. The support staff is always helpful.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

Small package ASN's cannot be sent in bulk for some accounts. We have to go in to each document and enter the tracking for each carton. It would be nice if this could also be done from the bulk update section. Maybe a separate tab to view cartons.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not really sure. We have been using EzCom since before I started in 2005. Most of the upgrades they have done, I didn't know about, but were easily adaptable once completed.

Our Policy of storing customer data for at least 6 months after it was last accessed is consistent within our industry, and represents a balance between database performance and customer costs. At the same time, we understand it can be frustrating to look for data that has been archived. There are some options available: we integrate with all major ERP, accounting, and inventory systems, providing you with an easy way to transfer your documents to systems that were specifically designed to manage your data long-term. If you do not currently have an ERP system or accounting platform, we recommend you make electronic copies of the data or documents you need a record of. You may quickly download this data from Lingo in PDF, Excel, or CSV formats, and you can print copies if you want a hard copy record. This way, you may refer to these documents even after the archive period kicks in.

If you only use the platform occasionally, it is hard to remember the steps for involved processes like multiple carton shipments.

As a Vendor, we have to use this software because the Retail Chain we are dealing with uses it to send out Purchase Orders. eZCom enables us to do business with this national retail chain.

The software makes our job easier.  It streamlines EDI, and they connect to our API.  Their customer service is very responsive with quick turn around. By far our favorite partner for EDI.

That's a hard one.  We like everything about them.  They live up to their name for us, easy.  If anything I would say sometimes new customers get a little confused on steps they need to take, but that is always very quickly resolved by their excellent customer support.

They make EDI easy for us.  They keep our customers happy.  They make it possible for our customers to do EDI transactions with us. eZcom works with our customers serving their best interests.

i like that order acknowledgments are automatically sent to our dropship trading partners. i also like that we can batch process those orders and integrate with ups and fedex to generate shipping labels in one place

the interface is a bit outdated / lack of a mobile site. 
it would be very helpful if email reminders could be sent when orders are close to their ship date (we have this feature with another platform we use)

Regarding your comment about email reminders for approaching order ship dates, we’ve shared it with our development team. Input like that from clients like you helps us ideate and improve our platform. Our development team had a suggestion that might work better for you. 
 
You could have Lingo create the Shipments automatically, triggering an email telling you the shipment is created. We’re thinking this could save you time by auto-creating the Shipments. If you believe an email reminder for approaching ship dates would still be the better option for you, you may submit a formal feature request and our development team will review it in further detail. It is very easy to set up new trading partners if eZCom already has them in their system, and for TP's that they haven't dealt with before they will work closely with that TP to get them added.  The eZCom setup team is very responsive and proactive throughout the whole process.  Ongoing support for existing partnerships is great as well.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

Once in awhile there is some miscommunication or something that doesn't get followed up on, but that is rare.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have the resources in-house to support EDI relationships with our customers, but eZCom fills this need with their expertise at a reasonable cost.  This has allowed us to sell to key accounts that we would not have been able to otherwise.

Answering the phone and solving the issues ASAP and if the phones are busy I like the Call back feature when  leave  the number without loosing  your place
I think this is a very Importand specially when you need help and waiting to continue

Sometimes the manual upload into the system can take additional time, simply due to the volume of data. But we do offer multiple integration and automation options. Depending upon the inventory system you use and the EDI requirements of your customers, we could limit the integration to only items that have inventory updates (minimizing time and size/cost of transmitted data), or completely take it off your hands by fully automating that process.
