I literally don't have anything negative to say. EDI takes a little to get your mind wrapped around, but it's doable.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a small business who needed EDI. This was a perfect fit for me as I branch into larger trading partners.

I love that their techs are state-side so I can get answers and help in my time zone, the discovery call to implementation has been the least-stressful tech project ever. I've been tearing my hair out for years over old our old EDI provider and eZCom just walked right in, had us switched over in 48 hours, and we were trained the following week.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

Nothing comes to mind - seriously  easy!

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We could never get our old EDI connection 100% functional and it was constantly breaking. I had to be the intermediary between the old provider and the trading partner, eZCom had no problem talking directly to the trading partner, giving me back my time and not wasting it playing telephone.

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

I'm far from a "poweruser" and frequently have questions (EDI is not my area of expertise or interest tbh).  The support team at eZCom are always available, easy to understand, super patient, and so far they have always got me going again.  I don't have to spend ages on hold, wait for a call back or get left hanging.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

I don't really have any dislikes.  It could be cheaper, but if that diminished the level of service I'd rather pay more.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eZCom saves me a ton of time because I don't have to transfer data manually.  I know that's basic EDI, but it works all day everyday and that's what I need.

Fair pricing and great support. I cant stress how important support is during vendor setups and last minute changes and they check all the boxes! Started with SPS Commerce and it was a nightmare. eZCom does not even compare. I did alot of research before choosing eZCom. Leaving a review to help other's save time. Highly Recommend

Only downside was finding that they existed. I was recommended by my piers.

Fast Intergrations with some of the top nationwide vendors. Customizations to our ERP software to help streamline processes and providing great support.

Their customer support. They can help you right away with any urgencies that you may have either by phone or email.

Their platform. It could be more user-friendly and straight to the point, but I guess that's why customer support is so crucial to guide you through the process. The website has the aesthetic from the early 2000s.

Their customer support is super knowledgeable and patient in guiding you through the initiation/set-up process.

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

Best customer service anywhere, always very professional and quickly resolve our issues.  They reply to phone calls and e-mails in a few minutes (normally) and not the standard 2-5 business days like a lot of customer service reps from other companies.  We have been integrating with Quickbooks and it has gone smoothly - they have been very helpful in step-by-step and very quick in getting us up and rolling.  We use this software on a daily basis and find it very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

I have not experienced anything that I have been upset or displeased with.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed an affordable, user-friendly EDI service. I was unfamiliar with EDI and had never used EDI before in any capacity. They got me going and helped me get set up properly from the very beginning, helped me with every set-up and now I feel like a pro!  Everytime I set up a new customer it has been very painless - done quickly and is reasonable priced!

We have received error reports from our trading partner and wanted to understand how to resolve this new issue. As the issue is now resolved, we should no longer receive error reports for this issue from this trading partner.

Not having to ship orders manually, it is a time saver

At the moment, I'm happy and guess can sometime be complicated becuase so much can be done with teh software, which should be a positive.

  ### 13. Old School EDI Done Quickly, Easily and Affordably...

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

The Support Staff @ eZCom were quick always happy to respond and quick to follow up with me when needed.  They also didn't mind jumping on a 'Screenshare' if we weren't in the mood to try to figure it out over the phone.

The system is also very intuitive, so after our second or third order, we were able to pretty much figure out 95% of the process by ourselves.

Finally, we were required to set up our EDI account (per our customer) pretty much overnight, if we wanted our first PO.  I thought this would have been impossible.  But, sure enough within a few days we were setup, tested, and live thanks to eZCom.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

We did not receive any orders for a few months, but we still had to keep paying the monthly fee.  This would not be a big deal normally, but since we were set up on eZCom specifically for one customer, it didn't feel like a winning proposition.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to use EDI to accept, create labels, route, and invoice orders from our 'Big Box Retailer' who send us orders that we procoduced oversees.

We switched to eZCom for our EDI needs after a very bad expereince with SPS. eZCom has gone above and beyond with their customer service every time I have had a need and is ver yfast and comprehensive in their assitance. Additionally they operate with a high degree of intergrity and transperency in their business dealings which is appreciated. Adding new partners is easy and affordable and handled quickly.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

The UI of Lingo, their EDI platform, could be easier to navigate and it takes a few different pages of inputs to pull up older invoices and POs that have been closed.

They provide EDI services for POs placed by our distributors

Their staff is always available to walk our team through order retrieval, invoicing and customer set up.  We call in frequently for assistance since each customer requires different steps, and their team always knows exaclty what to do.

EDI is complicated by nature and not a lot of fun, but that is not a complaint about eZCom.

They walk us through the complications of EDI trasnmissions.  This is required by more and more customers.

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

eZCom is a system that is not only easy to utilize but seamless for integrating with your ERP/3PL systems. Their platform takes EDI which is traditionally technical and makes it universally understandable for it's users. Their technical support is both accessible and efficient which is especially helpful while working through larger/more complex issues. The user interface allows for quick learning making it a very teachable software for new hires making their integration into the company quicker.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

eZCom support and ease of use has evolved continuously over the 10+ years we have utilized their platform. This evolution has paired perfectly in tandem with our own company's evolution, and  there have not been any instances where their system has NOT met expectations along the way.

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

eZCom is not only a much cheaper option than our previous EDI provider but it's also been very easy to use.  The implementation process was a breeze as their support team walked us through each step.  They also helped us integrate it with QBO which saves us time.  The platform is very user friendly and their support team walked us through all of the steps on processing the orders.  Whenever we have a question, it's nice to be able to talk to an actual person who answers the phone without a long wait time and can actually help you out.  That is not the case for many other software providers.  So far, working with eZCom has been a very smooth process and we are thrilled that we made the switch.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

I have not ran into any issues that I dislike eZCom for yet.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eZCom is helping solve receiving orders from Chewy, processing them and ultimately invoicing them.  eZCom is helping our bottomline by providing a platform that is at a much reasonable cost while still maintaining all of the features and functions we need.

Very good service. You are always able to reach a person in the organization. This leads to good follow up and system progression.

EZCom did not have a "pre-built" integration with our accounting software. I moved away from EZCom for this reason to go to a large company with "expertise" in this software. This was a huge mistake and I was back with EZCom within a year. I would have been much better off to work with their development team.

We work with large vendors who require EDI for POs and invoicing. EZCom has been the easiest to use. I have used 3 other EDI platforms.

It's hard to pick one--so I'll start with transparency. I was aware of every action taken on our behalf throughout the process which enabled me to provide regular updates to my team and  buyer. That makes me look good at my job! (And good luck getting that level of input with other providers at the same price point--I know because I"ve been there.) Secondly, it was very easy to implement and use the site immediately--their customer service is excellent and made the experience almost effortless. I will definitely use them in the future as we integrate more channels into our business.

I do hate filling out surveys but the service I was provided was too good not to acknowledge it.

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

Ez Com is very organized. It was easy to navigate and helps with the keeping track of PO's by providing vendors and us the users with an organized platform for easy transmission. I also like that the EDI system provides access to multiple shipment requirements. Such as the UPS+Fedex + pallet label functionality to process easier labels for shipment. Also the ASN processing is also very effective and provides us with a easy way to track the shipping and tracking #'s.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

Some functions are not available to us yet, such as the use of palletization for Marshalls + TJMAXX accounts. They are requiring us to provide a documentation for approval from the vendor, but the vendor does not provide this for us. So this function is not available as of yet. Also in the beginning there was no possible use for Marshalls and TJMAXX account, but Stas and Ted from the Support team helped assist us on this.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PO interchange, which assist with the organization of PO's and eases the use of transmission from one portal to the next. They have also helped us accept some purchase orders in a easier format, example being Marshalls and TJMAXX systems. We have only started using the EZCOM EDI account starting late last year and it has helped quicken the PO processing procedures.

I've been a Lingo EDI administrator now for many years. I've used many other 3rd party provider solutions over the years.  I find Lingo to be extraordinarily high functioning at a very reasonable price point.  Implementation was easy and swift.  Support, when needed is quite knowledgeable, helpful and patient.  Definitely a good choice those required to enter the EDI realm of business communication.

Functionality is not always intuitively or easy to locate but is easy to learn.

The customer support team is hands down the most helpful group I have worked with. Their site navigation is also very straightforward and super user-friendly once you learn the basics.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

It was a bit challenging to figure out how to make one Master BOL for multiple POs and DCs, but the team helped figure it out and what to do if we do not need this for future POs.

We started using the software for our first PO from a major retailer, and they made the process so smooth. I had a big lead in sorting everything for Labels and BOLs using EZCom. Now we have integrated all of our wholesale accounts in eZcom and they have made going into new retailers a simple and seamless experience.

What I like best about EZ Com is that it is very user friendly.  The support staff and integration team are very knowledgeable and helpful.  Very patient with all of my questions.

There is really nothing that I dislike about EZ Com.  I don't have any compliants at all.  It would be nice to be able to integrate our orders to our warehouse so that they upload automatically, however EZ Com cannot integrate with our warehouse platform at this time.

EZ Com is very helpful integrating all of our new customers.  They make it very simple for us so we do not have to worry if it is being completed or not

I've been using EDI for about a year now, and it has only gotten better over time. Previously, we utilized a third party program to help create UPS labels, but after meeting with a EDI rep, they were able to help add this function plus generating pallet labels all on one site. We are now able to track multiple accounts who primarily use UPS with ease!

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

When there are multiple items with the same name, it would be nice if EDI could recognize that, and match the order with it. Currently, we have a lot of duplicate item numbers on EDI, and even if I click "reprocess items" to find something similar, it doesn't work.

The implementation of creating UPS and pallet labels has been a big help, saved us a lot of time!

Now that we are up and running, whenever we've had questions, reaching out to the support team has been very easy.  The support team not only can answer your questions quickly but they are a pleasure to work with.  We highly recommend eZCom!

I had no previous experience using software EDI and scheduled a call with EZCom. The customer service agent walked me through the platform step by step. It's very easy to understand and use. They also helped us add a new customer which required testing with SPS. The process was seamless.

I don't know all the functionality - will require another call.

We previously used SPS which was before I joined the company, so I'm not sure what prompted us to move to EZ Com. We are using EZ Com for ASNs and invoices across multiple customers.

it doesn't matter how small or large my problem may be - the person I get on the phone is always kind and patient and will answer all of my questions so I can better understand what I am doing.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

I have used them since 2016 and have never had anything that upset me - sometimes I may have to wait for an agent but that is because I don't want a call back - I will patiently wait for a live body.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of our retail customers require specific packaging and other features so there are times we may not fully understand their specific needs.

All the connections work so great that we do not have to look much at the performances, customer support reponses are in minutes which makes the process so easy. I use Lingo daily and it's one of the best EDI integration tool. They implement any customizations that I request for and they make sure the integrations are easy to use.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are so patient, and kind, and wise, and lovely, and helpful and available! And supportive. I mean, they make the world a better place. Thank goodness for everyone at support@ because I have never once called them with plenty of time on my hands and one quick quetion. It's always an eleven alarm dumpster fire with deliverables due in twenty seconds but a million steps to go. They are wonderful. I don't know how else to say it.

Option 2.  The tech people are helpful and informative. The team always takes me to the next level in my learning. The product is robust, so I appreciate the training.

It's more preference; the software looks dated.  But on the flip side, competitors may have a better look, but it does not help me access my errors, which could lead to a chargeback.

Last week built virtual pallets.  This week am working on a routing request to see the past performance and if I had done something wrong.  Learned how to update catalog.

We are having issues getting EDI messages to a client. Dallas has helped me out in a very customer friendly way, very patient. Already heard from our IT department that Dallas was very helpful.
EDI obviously has many advantages. eZCom is priced favorable and their service is extremely good

We can't get EDI files to a client and Dallas eplained me how to do a mass update as well as how to go back to invoices already sent in order to re-send

They were able to help us quickly and accuratly get out of a bad situation with another EDI provider.  They were able to get our retail partners and WMS integration completed on time.   Software is prety straight forward for EDI and the support team were great help during onboarding.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

Have not come across any issues as of yet.  Software and support have been great.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were working with another EDI provider that could not get us integrated with our Belk retailer.  The move to eZCom was fast and very efficient.  Within a week we were signed up, onboarded and completed testing to go live.

I can highly recommend businesses use the eZCom software.
As a client who knew very little about the processes and backend connections, the team at eZCom have managed to turn me into a 'professional'  :) 

The support team are absolutely fantastic !! Their knowledge and ability to help in real-time is beyond exceptional.

For a person who asks alot of questions and needs assistance with IT, they are only too happy to provide explanations as well as emails with straightforward instructions to follow.

Using eZCOM software has made the integrations between retailers and my warehouse a seamless and automated process, which is needed in today's market.

eZCom is communicating between my retailers and warehouse and allowing me be in control of the connections.
My prior warehouse managed all of the EDI connections, so it is much better to be able to make any adjustments to orders if necessary in real time.
