For our corporate team event, we ordered BenJYehuda by using EZCater service. After we entered our order, they sent us a text, asking us if we wanted to modify my orders to the buffet style. We asked if we would receive all the original orders we entered, which included chicken shawarma, gyros, and falafel. They confirmed so and then modified our order. We asked them to send us the detailed modified order. They did so in a long text, which was difficult to read. It wasn't until the next day when we realized they missed to include gyros in the modified order.

We contacted them about the mishap. They attempted to contact the restaurant, which declined to accommodate the mishaps since the restaurant wasn't involved in the order modification. Then EZCater refused to take any responsibility of the order modification mishaps and blamed everything on us instead, citing the long text they sent.

Fees, it is officilay a scam, they are charging 15% on Delivery fees that they removed at the end of the invoice to look good with the clients while we are paying this non existing service...litterely a scam to get extra $$$ from businesses....do not use them. How catering is not professional anymore and any driver can take the catering and drop off. No expert packing and unloaoding. Most times things are forgotten (Food or tableware) and the drivers don't know what they picked up or CHECK the items on the invoice to make sure everything is there. The drivers don't help lay out the food. These drivers are simply Uber drivers and alike. WE NEED EXPERT CATERERS to help with our catering for our corporate orders that we do a few times a week for large (100 ppl) and small groups (5 ppl). Some caterers have unjustifiable food minimums (for an item that you are ordering), some have very limited options to itemize or add extra (proteins, for example).
