Don't put your catering company on this site. It seems wonderful in the beginning but they will strong arm your company, treat you as disposable., Refuse to take your calls, And delete years of reviews you earned on their site. This is like putting your hard work into someone else's pockets.

Avoid working with this company and stay independent. I was with them for 10+ years and was faithful and our company was devoted to customer orders. After all these years and hundreds of 5 star reviews, ezcater deleted us without hesitation after we did not want to take some of the smaller orders they serve.

Constant policy changes and micromanagement to caterers. This has been a discouraging, disheartening, and offensive experience. We now work hard not to give our autonomy to a big company like this.

You will be disposable, they will manage your reputation and your customers as theirs and delete you when they feel like it.
