I have attempted to add or change something on an order but it seems that the issue is when the change is done before the order leaves the business but they never accept. I have had to run out just to get one lunch even before my order left the restaurant instead of the business including one more and charging me for another lunch. we have lots of employees who have dietary restrictions, and lots of restaurants allergen symbols on EZ Cater dont reflect what is on their website. So there are lots of places that we don't order from that may actually suit our needs and, more importantly, uncertainty on if items labeled gluten free or vegan will actually meet these requirements. Also, when filtering by restrictions if a place ONLY has "mixed greens" as their GF VG option, it shouldnt show in the filter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
