What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I like that I can reply individually to anyone who responds to my campaign. I also like how the application tells me how many of my texts made it to the recipient and how many bounced. It also tells me the # of times certain phone number has bounced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

What I haven't figured out how to fix yet is to send a text to known good numbers that keep bouncing (5-7x) I was once one of the bounced #s that came up when I sent out a campaign text. Somehow, about 30% of the 124 contacts I sent a text to bounced. Sent a ticket and still havent heard back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZ Texting?

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

So far there doesn't seem to be an aspect of EZ Text that I don't like. Our office uses it weekly to remind participants about upcoming programs and it seems to be more effective than normal emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Desktop Messaging, But Mobile Mass Texting Falls Short"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

The interface was fine. Easy to select a list and create a message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

Mobile usability was limited. When we used it, it had to be done from a desktop browser. There was an app that could be used to monitor messages and reply to individual ones, but couldn't send a mass text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We appreciate your feedback on mobile functionality as well. While the mobile app is great for managing conversations and replying to messages, you can send mass texts from your mobile device by logging into your account through your phone’s web browser, which provides access to more features.

"Streamlined Group Notifications with Ease"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I find EZ Texting incredibly useful for sending out group notifications to our 200 agents efficiently. I appreciate the ease of inputting new contacts, which simplifies the management of our communication lists. I really like being able to set up groups and categories, as it allows me to organize contacts systematically and send targeted messages to specific groups easily. The ability to place each individual in more than one group means I can tailor our communications even more precisely. This aspect is incredibly advantageous as our office spans five locations, and tagging agents individually who work in specific offices makes it straightforward to send notices to only those who need them. "Excellent for Employee Communication, Needs Better Contact Management"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I like the tracking of delivery and the drafting campaign features most. The drafting campaign feature makes it easier to create new drafts instead of typing up a new text each time, which is especially helpful for mandatory orientation reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that adding contacts was a little bit more user-friendly and not a multi-step process. Being able to extract the details needed from an Excel document when uploaded would make the process so much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good news: you can schedule future texts in EZ Texting. When you’re creating a campaign, look just below the Compose Message box. You’ll see the option to "Send Now" or "Schedule" for a specific date and time.

Depending on your use case, Workflows may also be a great option to help automate recurring messages like new customer specials or event reminders. If you’d like, reach out to Support, we’ll be happy to walk you through the options.

What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I absolutely love how easy it was to set up EZ Texting. I could seamlessly transfer all my data from the old SMS marketing service using CSV files, Excel sheets, and simple copy-pasting methods. This ease of setup saved me a lot of time and hassle. I also appreciate how EZ Texting saves me time by allowing me to send messages in bulk without needing to painstakingly send them one by one to each customer. Additionally, the feature that allows me to purchase someone's spot without needing to upgrade to a different tier is fantastic, offering flexibility and convenience. The pricing of the service is also highly reasonable and well-suited to my budget, which is important for me as a business owner. I find the ability for unused credits to roll over particularly beneficial, ensuring that I am getting full value for my investment. I find the analytics and data reporting capabilities lacking. What do you like best about EZ Texting?

Perhaps we use EZ Texting in a non traditional matter, but it has been great do divert customers from filling up our phone lines and instead havebeen texting us their questions. This has been such a help, I wish we did this years ago! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

If I had to come up with one downside, it would be the latency. Sometimes texts seem to go missing or don't show up for quite some time. Also don't seem to consistently "auto refresh." Meaning I'll log in and even though I thought I'm caught up, I refresh and there all of the sudden I have multiple unread messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
