"Simple, effective, and useful for more than just marketing"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

EZ Texting is pretty straightforward and that's probably the best part about it. They've improved the platform to make it even more user-friendly including showing a preview of the message, simplifying their credit system, and improving scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

I don't necessarily use EZ Texting often and the email communications from their platform can be a bit annoying. While scheduling and composing has improved, their previous platform showed the date and time of their server which helped me more confidently schedule our text messages. Now it's timezone-based, but being in a specific timezone that doesn't observe Daylight Saving, it can be a bit confusing and I've made mistakes with campaigns before. What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I like EZ Texting's easy software interface because it makes it easy to add, group, change, and edit contacts. I also use it for emergency building matters because notifications are quicker than email. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

I dislike that the 160 character limit is misleading because it includes the phone number provided for the account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Mass Texting, Unmatched Convenience"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I like using EZ Texting for mass texting students and families in our program because it offers fast, accessible communication. The ease of use and convenience make it particularly valuable, especially when I need to get updates out about program cancellations or schedule changes quickly, reducing the stress in those situations. What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

I'm not sure if it's us, but uploading contacts and maintaining contacts is something we don't use as much, but it could probably help. Also, we use Salesforce but we're not sure if it integrates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organized Group Texting with Easy Spreadsheet Uploads and Smart Tagging"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I like that I can create groups for texting and communicating with different program participants. I also like how easy it is to upload spreadsheets with contact information to the website. I appreciate being able to create different tags and subgroups within the system as well. Overall, it’s an organized way to communicate and keep everything structured. What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

I don’t like that when I add an image or other attachment to a text message, it uses more credits than sending a standard text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EZ Texting Makes SMS Opt-In Simple and User-Friendly"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I appreciate how we can manually add phone numbers to EZ Texting without needing the subscriber to go through an opt-in authentication process. We also use another program for email communications; that program has the ability to send SMS messages, but requires subscribers to reply back to a text message to complete their subscribe. Many individuals think they have already subscribed by completing the form, and therefore never reply back to complete their subscription. This is very frustrating for everyone involved; EZ Texting's opt-in process is much more user friendly from both the admin and subscriber perspectives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

The fact that monthly credits do not accumulate. When we have to send a text message that is outside of our normal message cadence, we are often forced to purchase credits...and then our automatic monthly charge will process a few days later, giving us the credits we would have needed to send the message. The only thing i wish it would do is group responses to the actual text campaign sent. When responses come in through the inbox it is sometimes difficult to see what text they are responding to. it would also be nice to have a section that shows all texts that were sent on our end with the date sent and the ability to see the text Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
