**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

My favorite part about EZ Texting is the hands-off but  still helpful approach that their team has. They are always responsive when needed but they also don't try to up-sell everything at every contact point. Every contact I've had from sales to support has been a positive experience.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

The part I dislike most about EZ Texting's offerings is the limited integrations the platform has built in. Other vendors had more opportunities to integrate directly into our ESP (email service provider) but EZ Texting does allow someone with more technical abilities to integrate via their API.

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:**

If you are looking for an easy out-of-the-box service that supports images and text in the text messages sends and don't have requirements such as connecting to multiple services, EZ Texting can get you set up in a matter of hours.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started using EZ Texting as a way to retire our tablet-based surveys at marketing activations. Allowing the user to text a number to be entered into the sweepstakes was a lot easier than our old system of having them fill out a contact form on a tablet at our booth.

The ease of using the service. It is simple to setup and to send messages.

The pricing is a bit misleading as it appears you are only paying to set up the keyword, but then you also have to pay for each message and that breakdown took a bit to understand.

Thoroughly review the pricing plans and just make sure it fits your budget needs.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to be able to communicate with various groups during a very hectic three day event and this allowed us to do that without complicated communication plans.

The well documented API gives us the options to build exactly what we want on top of EZ Texting's platform.

I dislike the cost per month of keywords. I wish there was a cheaper way to acquire and retain them, perhaps for a yearly discount.

If you run alcohol campaigns, be sure to ask EZ Texting about your options to staying compliant before you print keywords on advertising material.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run sweepstakes campaigns for our clients that range from sending a link to another website or having users complete multiple steps to enter a sweeps via text messages.

simple interface, easy to get setup when you first start out. The user experience is relatively easy to navigate

The people at EZ Texting are extremely difficult to work with and are a bit deceitful in how they sell different services. Every feature on the site needs to be paid for to utilize. Overall pretty dissapointed

Go with another service. EZ texting may be great in the short term but will hurt over long run.

We own a school photography company and need to send out mass texts for instructions and it’s very easy to bulk upload your contacts, type out the message and press send! Saves us 30-40 minutes of copying and pasting each text. 

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

The least helpful are the reports. I can’t really seem to understand the benefits of why we need the reports for the types of messages we’re sending out.

We are saving so much time not having to copy and paste texts to every student we need to send instructions to.

Our customers have been really positive about the reminders they get before every sale.  We find this an easy way to keep top of mind

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

The cost of the service is a little pricey for our small business.  But we are working out the cost and realizing it is more customer service and less about advertising costs

We have events every 2 weeks and we found that people were forgetting us since we don't have something daily to sale.  This service works great as a reminder tool

I was up and running in a matter of minutes. Had never done mass texting or text marketing. Interface was easy to use and very intuitive. Can use for mass messages or one on one.

Wish they had a mobile app but they say one is coming soon.

Very simple platform, not as expansive as another one we currently use, but met our needs to B2C text.

Not many advanced options. That's not necessarily negative, but our other texting platform gives us the ability to set up automated text campaigns.

This company has been amazing to work with. Their was an error in the software and they got back to me immediately to correct the issue. They even had a tech look into the issue found an error and are correcting it for all users. Amazing.

There is nothing that I can complain about at this time.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

The messaging service with which EZ Texting has a very complete system to perform all types of marketing campaigns saw SMS; thanks to the features that are counted within this platform, you can perform different market studies, based on personalized surveys via text message, this feature is one of the most pleasing to me to perform from this platform as we can launch different research studies by this means, creating different types of surveys with different characteristics, especially multiple response surveys based on the vote of the people, you can also add images and the additional text you want in these messages, which It helps create a very nice survey for users.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

There are some features that can be improved for the sending of text messages, for example, I do not like much the limitation of characters that this application has in the sending of messages, sometimes you need a larger amount and you must resort to sending a message. A second message, which causes a significant loss of audience, the ideal would be to have a higher limit, not always need to send many words,  but when it is necessary to do so is a problem, should have a limit of up to 500 characters, which is already something that gives more freedom when sending any information, or perform any type of study.

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:**

This tool is ideal to perform different market studies by SMS, but if you need to make, send messages, with very long texts, the application has a character limit, which must be taken into account before purchasing the service.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is an easy way to send information to our users anywhere, text messages to me are a very effective option in the campaigns we do, as it is a way closer, and sure to have the timely response from those interested, which becomes campaigns with greater effectiveness and conversion if needed, we can also conduct all kinds of surveys and studies through this means, which helps us a lot in our marketing practices.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I like the keyword feature...but I continue to get a text from people that are not affiliated with my keyword. I also like that you can bulk text my clients all at the same time. Unfortunately, there is not much more I like about the software.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

The cost structure and customer service. The cost structure is expensive for a small business.  I have a lot of credits accumulating and if I turn off the subscriptions I will lose my keyword.  That does not work because it is still attached to another person.  So I get their text often.  I really feel trapped.  I need the service but the cost is not conducive to my small business. I have had to call customer service and connect through chat and in both cases, they were not that helpful.  

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:**

There should be better support for new users. The support team did not help.  I am a small business and EX Text states it is for small business as well.  Well, it is not in my opinion. I used the chat and the agents were not knowledgeable.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to reach my entire client base via text.  I would like to get some support on how I can use the service in other ways.  But, I have very little faith in the customer service agents.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I think the best part of using texting to get my message out is that I know it's almost an involuntary reaction to check the message. Also being able to put a photo into the message attracts attention to the message. To sum it up I get the word out to hundreds of potential buyers and agents with one click of the mouse. 
Good stuff. 

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

There isn't much to dislike. If you can text by phone, then this is a now brainer. Even the contact uploads are easy. I wouldn't change a thing.

Photos get the best results

I'm able to reach a whole lot more people that will read what I'm sending than using email.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

The name of the company tell it all: it is EZ! It took me no time at all to figure out how to use the site, create groups for different campaigns, send text message, mms messages,  or schedule texts. It is one of the best things that I have ever signed my company up for. I will continue to be a customer for a very long time. 

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I do not love the app. It seems to me, to be a little bit outdated. If the folks at EZ texting could do a small update on the functionality portion of the app that would be great. But it does not bother me too much because I use my computer for most of it.

Please give them a try! You won't regret it!

In this day in age, not everybody checks email all the time, not everybody answers calls, but everyone checks texts. I now send texts for every appointment reminder.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

We find EZ Texting very easy to use.   I like it that if I haven't needed to use it for 2 months, I find it easy to figure it out again.   I have multiple water systems which I need residents signed up for emergency water notices.   The ability to handle multiple systems with one account works very well.  

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

Can't think of the downsides yet.  It would be nice to have the ability to enter people who would need notified by alternate option.  Some people only want to be called because they can't accept text messaging.   It would be nice if EZ Texting could be a database of all our communication for emergency purposes.   Maybe you could expand into recorded voice calls for those that don't want text messaging. 

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Had complaints of people not seeing emergency notices.  This way they are without excuse.  I love that people no longer complain that they didn't see the notices.

Relatively easy to use.  Simple interface.

I did not experience any particular difficulties as the first time user.

Marketing to existing customer base with new channel.  I cannot see significant benefits - the sales was up by 15% vs. previous Tuesday which has a lot of margin for error.

The database of customers is easy to use with the available filters. I like the group function the best.

It is not really a dislike but I didn't upload some dates on when customers joined the program. I wanted to filter by date. I am not sure if I can re-upload the lists and insert the dates.

As a database administrator I find it very easy to use.

I was able to pick out the particular target group I wanted for a specific campaign. It worked and I got 3 car sales.

The usr experience makes EZ texting very easy to use. It provides great flexibility and is value-priced. A winning combination.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

Some industries are unfairly targeted by carriers for omission from their service, so EZ texting has to block everyone from those industries. Not really their fault, but it makes me ponder what the future of texting will be.

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:**

If you are looking for a system that can get you some zero to go in a matter of minutes, and make the ongoing management of your text efforts simple. EZ Texting is a solid choice.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EZ texting was super easy to set up, and made it a snap to send out high quality image texts as well as standard SMS texts. The list management was the best interface I've seen.

I can "set it and forget it" and don't have to worry about constantly sending out new messages.

lag time for sending MMS messages is longer than I would like it to be. Many of our users don't get the message until 5+ minutes later, and often lose interest.

I can get a quick message out to my facility with ease.

The only downside is that I have to pay an extra cost for a unique number. Our use is only for emergencies but I have to pay monthly to keep the unique number.

We implemented EZ Texting during hurricane season as a way for our employee's to get first hand information concerning our facility and their responsibility to report to work. EZ Texting did the job intended what we needed to accomplish.

I can send media in my mass texts. And with the MMS option you have enough characters to communicate effectively.

You have to pay monthly for a keyword. I wish you could one time purchase and sell like a web domain.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

The program makes it so easy to quickly add contacts to get the word out in a flash. We often have changes to appointments due to the weather. Our clients love how quick and responsive we can be with everyone all at once.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I have to go to the program for the inbox. Not sure if there is an app? When I am on the go, its hard to access the inbox.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time and instant access. People don't read email anymore, but will usually at least glance at a text. I literally had someone texting everyone one by one, or in small batches as reminders to appointments, or last minute changes to appointments. Now I can pull the contacts in from a spreadsheet or list, and have the info out to clients within 5 minutes.

The system is quite intuitive. It's easy to format messages, add links & photos, and pull reporting after the fact.

Nothing that I can think of off hand. It's been easy to use, and the few hiccups I've had, tech support was able to get me up and going again.

Buy This Program! It's such a great tool.

As a non profit Bootcamp school, we host multiple information sessions monthly. I like being able to send group texts that seem individualized. It is helpful that we can respond to each user individually if needed.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I would prefer a more user-friendly app. I currently have to access this from my desktop, limiting the quickness of sending messages out.

I am able to communicate quicker and save time with template responses that I have pre-set.

I do not like when any company signs you up to their automatic payment. EZ Texting did that. Also, there were times when I would try to use ex texting on my phone, and the words would get jumbled up

This app is vital is you want to send Mass short code SMS messages to contacts. I use it to communicate with employees, etc. It really gets the job done.

The only thing I wish is that the short code number was even shorter. From 6 characters to 4.

Get it because it will be vital to your communication since more people read text messages.

Ez Texting is over all a great program. 

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

Customer support and blacklisting of common and essential words.  In their effort to avoid spammers, they have made the program difficult to use.  You cannot use symbols such as an "*".  Okay. that's fairly easy to avoid.  Today, I had a text blocked because it contained the word, "approved."  It took me at least 25 minutes with their tech support to get that fixed.  Had to be passed up two levels.   Honestly the lady could have fixed the problem if she just said, "I'm sorry you are having this problem."  When I asked for the name of her supervisor, she refused.   Customer support leaves a lot to be desired.   


**Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:**

Never have a need for customer support.

as I said, it is overall a good program.. UNTIL you use a bad word... such as "approved."

After searching for a short code provider, i found EZ Texting to meet my small business needs and provides the scalability as my company grows. I really appreciate the fast customer service as the concept of texting systems was new to me prior to working with EZ Texting

Text ins do not capture person's name
2 way texting is limited to a certain amount of time before message gets lost
Would like to see a read receipt as well

I like the experience using this service. It was really intuitive and had tons of useful features. It always made it really clear as to how many messages were sent, what the preview looks like, and how many credits it's going to use. Additionally, the support team was awesome and helps very quickly with any issues.

I disliked the verification the first time you use it as it was a little buggy, but it's very reasonable and I understood why it was necessary.

I have solved the issue of sending mass texts and also collecting responses.

The interface is intuitive. The results are undeniable. We have a grooming shop. I send out a "free upgrade today only" text and the shop fills up. Every single time.

EZ texting makes text advertising nearly effortless. I love the ability to make and save a template. It's a really great service and easy enough for a beginner.

I don't like that there are not more detailed analytics. I would love to see more data.

Give it a try if you're on the fence about using it! It's very easy to learn if you dedicate a little time to learning how to use it to best suit your needs.
