The user interface is straightforward, and what I appreciate most is the call forwarding feature.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I would like to see an option to choose a custom sender number. Alternatively, allowing the use of a business name would make messages appear more authentic to recipients.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting with people is becoming more challenging since not everyone checks their emails. Texting, on the other hand, is easier because messages are more likely to reach the recipient, and the read rate is much higher compared to emails.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

It is helpful to get information out to people. We use it instead of emails and find the interaction to be much better. EZ Texting is easy to use and understand. The User Interface is fine too.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

the cost of the credits. We are a non-profit organization, and our usage is not for marketing purposes. We need to get information to people and this is the best option in our opinion.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EZ Texting is helping us get information and interaction with our organization. Emails go unread, and sending a text to a cell phone has increased our interaction.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I absolutely love how easy it was to set up EZ Texting. I could seamlessly transfer all my data from the old SMS marketing service using CSV files, Excel sheets, and simple copy-pasting methods. This ease of setup saved me a lot of time and hassle. I also appreciate how EZ Texting saves me time by allowing me to send messages in bulk without needing to painstakingly send them one by one to each customer. Additionally, the feature that allows me to purchase someone's spot without needing to upgrade to a different tier is fantastic, offering flexibility and convenience. The pricing of the service is also highly reasonable and well-suited to my budget, which is important for me as a business owner. I find the ability for unused credits to roll over particularly beneficial, ensuring that I am getting full value for my investment. The convenience and simplicity of using EZ Texting to reach my customers efficiently are unmatched, making it an invaluable tool for my fitness business.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I find the analytics and data reporting capabilities lacking. I would appreciate more detailed insights into how many people are being reached, who is clicking on links, opening text messages, and the best times and practices for sending messages to my audience.

Sends out SMS and updates contacts. I appreciate being able to send out images/links with my SMS. I appreciate my representative Zach who assists me with the billing.

Expensive. The notification system, would like a cleaner filter for unread messages

Reaching out to audiences via text, beneficial as a customized way (time wise) to text prospects/clients regarding events.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I like that I can reply individually to anyone who responds to my campaign. I also like how the application tells me how many of my texts made it to the recipient and how many bounced. It also tells me the # of times certain phone number has bounced.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

What I haven't figured out how to fix yet is to send a text to known good numbers that keep bouncing (5-7x) I was once one of the bounced #s that came up when I sent out a campaign text. Somehow, about 30% of the 124 contacts I sent a text to bounced. Sent a ticket and still havent heard back.

Communicating in real time with our members (subscibers)

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I have been using EZ Texting for my small business for at least two or three years and found it through a friend's referral. I love its intuitive and easy setup, which made getting started a breeze. Its real-time communication capabilities are invaluable, allowing me to reach out to teachers and parents effectively and quickly. I appreciate how it enables me to disseminate important information swiftly, especially in situations where a teacher is running late or needs to communicate urgent updates to parents. The convenience and usability of EZ Texting are standout features for me, and they are significant reasons I would choose to purchase the service again. I am highly satisfied with how EZ Texting contributes to streamlining communications for my business, evident by my high likelihood of recommending it, scoring a perfect ten.

I am pleased with all of the aspects of the program. There is nothing I can add here.

I use EZ Texting to contact parents in real-time through texting, allowing quicker and more effective communication, especially when notifying of changes like a teacher running late.

  ### 9. Great MMS Features for Churches, But App Needs Improvement and Pricing Is High

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

It is easy to:
- add new contacts and get them sorted into contact lists
- schedule messages to be sent at a later time
- respond to messages that are sent as replies to texts sent out

It allows MMS.  We aren't using EZ texting for typical marketing, we are a church using it to send notes out to our members.  Those notes tend to be longer, so having MMS as an option is a must (and many texting services don't allow this). 

We like that including pics and links is possible.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

It is more expensive than we would like, though we are regularly exploring our alternative options and aren't finding any (because we need MMS). 

The app isn't very function or user friendly.  I would love to do more from my phone, but default to my computer since the app is limited and cumbersome.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to be able to send out messages to our membership all at one time.  We also want to be able to schedule some of those messages ahead of time.  EX texting allows us to do both.

The price point is a little high for the industry, but that is made up for with a better user experience.

Being able to create different groups for multiple business locations. Makes it easier to send out important texts to certain group of people.

Every time I try to login, a security alert pops up and makes accessing the website harder.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The major problem EZ Texting is solving for me is when employees try to say they did not receive certain messages and I can show the delivery report as proof it was received.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

The copy and paste contact groups has been a game changer. We are using primarily for parent communication for our community center programs- so they opt in during registration and our parents QUICKLY know updates and reminders that they would have missed if only sent by email.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

Too many promotional emails- I don't mind some tips and ideas, but most of them are for companies who use the platform for marketing, which isn't our primary use.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rapid communication with our clients and quick responses from them. We know eveyrone's email inbox is too full- so utilizing a quick text has been perfect.

There isn't really anything that sticks out that makes me dislike anything about Ez text

We send text using Ez text to send reminder text to have the client call the company!

It is neat organized and easy to navigate through. Customer Support is really easy to contact and assist in a timely manner. There are lots of features that are in the application that make the program easy to utilize. It is also easy to implement when reaching out to people we need to connect to. This program is easy to integrate on a day to day basis as I use this program 5-10 times a day.

The mobile app sometimes does not work very well.

Reaching out to Multiple People at once and having contact numbers merged immediately off of an excel word document.

That we now have a way to send out mass texts to our staff due to emergency closures of locations due to weather conditions or road closures. Like that we can upload information through a spreadsheet.

That is a fairly manual process to update. Other than that everything is great.

A way to communicate during an emergency.

The cost of credits is and always has been confusing, regardless of the text platform. We're a hospitality brand and have used many providers over the years. Depending on the size of your list, credits can start to add up for a simple text message. The annual credit doesn't really hold much value and you are often reloading your account. Worth the investment if it brings in customers but just something to be aware of.

Direct communication with our customer list - people who have signed up to hear from us. We are less at the mercy of an algorithm or social media platform where we aren't sure if customers will see a message, especially if it's time sensitive.

It's very user friendly and a simple platform for any level of user.  Quick reports to show usage trends to help you determine how many credits you may need.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

At our annual renewal, we changed plans and it locked us out of the system like we were completely new users.  It also use to charge one credit per SMS message and one credit for an MMS message - it now charges three credits for MMS, so make sure your messages are short and contain no graphics (even a smiley face).

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for multiple lists and multiple key works for quick, easy enrollment and mass messaging to staff based on different needs/criteria.  For example, is allows for quick, mass communication to staff when we have open shifts that need filling, or an all staff text about an upcoming event.  Quick, easy and effective communication for a very affordable price.

Perhaps we use EZ Texting in a non traditional matter, but it has been great do divert customers from filling up our phone lines and instead havebeen texting us their questions. This has been such a help, I wish we did this years ago!

If I had to come up with one downside, it would be the latency. Sometimes texts seem to go missing or don't show up for quite some time. Also don't seem to consistently "auto refresh." Meaning I'll log in and even though I thought I'm caught up, I refresh and there all of the sudden I have multiple unread messages.

It has hugely solved our phone call problem, we are a small business that is very seasonal. In the busy months we simply can't answer our phones. This has created a way for us to interact with customers without being tied up on the phone all day.

We've used the service for alerting staff to information that they might not otherwise see in email.  Examples would be like if a parking lot is being redone and staff need to park elsewhere.  Or a hazard of some sort crops up and they may not be at their computer.

Could be costly if text usage is high, but cost will most likely be the same with other platforms too.  Wish that the platform will take accents for languages, such as Vietnamese.

No problems currently. Just wish that eventually platform will allow accents for languages, such as Vietnamese.

Its quite easy to update groups as my tenants change frequently, so updating my csv file is easy

Eliminates the need for tenant notifications and is more effective than posing notices.  Also great for notification for hosting events for our Biblestudy

What I like best about EZ Texting is how simple it is to set up. Adding contacts, creating groups, and scheduling messages are all super easy. Plus, the web portal is incredibly user-friendly

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

Using it from a mobile device is a bit clunky, but it could definitely be smoother and easier to use for when we need to send a mass text on the go.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EZ Texting has streamlined our internal communication, making it easy to mass communicate with our office about events and urgent updates, like hurricanes. It's not used for external marketing, but it’s significantly improved communication among colleagues, saving us time and effort.

It's a great way to reach all employees.  Especially ones who don't use or want to share an email.

Wish it didn't give me errors when I use special characters.

There was only one choice on the above question.  My main use is in HR for contacting employees and communicating across the whole plant.
