I have no complaints at all with the ez rater we use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps me cut down on the time that I use for quoting personal lines customers such as home, auto, etc. I use this to tell which company is going to be the cheapest for my customers. I am able to add in all the companies I quote on a daily basis to see what is the cheapest for my client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EZ-Rater sometimes is down for maintenance, which makes it harder for me to complete the quotes the day they have it scheduled. I would like to see this only on weekends when we aren't working. Also, sometimes when I finish the quote I find that I have to go onto the companies website to ensure the quote is 100% correct before offering to my client. That does take up some of my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

all in one - "one stop shop" type of software. Very good at getting accurate rates quickly. Can bridge quotes over from EPIC Directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

does take a long time to input info and answer all rating questions. Not sure how one would get around this, however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
