Oftentimes, certain members handling certain concerns must meet with others within the family OR those with whom we contract services. There may be too many of us who need to set up visual meetings at this time so other products prove too costly and don't really allow for us to have a meeting set-up without an administrator remaining present throughout the meeting. Eyeson provides us with this capability. Meetings may be started by anyone on the committee with a room link. Also, family members can give anyone the room link since it doesn't change. (There may be a surprise here or there. We had a recent hiccup--the administrator was booted out! But that didn't stop the meeting. It continued successfully without them.) ### 16. Not everyone has Zoom downloaded to their computer and for a lot of older individuals this is something that's difficult for them to figure out. Eyeson makes it easy for anyone to video chat. This is great for use with customers, especially the screen share feature. That's something we use a fair amount. It really brings clarity to what might otherwise be a confusing situation. **What do you dislike about Eyeson One View?** There is a bit of delay. I'm not 100% sure if it's the software or individual internet connection but that's a problem we don't seem to have as often with other video chat softwares. Another downside is the fact that there is no ability to allow for an email receipt to the customer at the end of the interaction. It's not totally necessary but would be a nice improvement in the future. **Recommendations to others considering Eyeson One View:** I'd definitely take a look at this software before you look at the big dogs in the industry like Zoom. Just because they're bigger doesn't mean they're necessarily better for your purpose. It facilitates high-quality HD video conferencing. It allows me to set up meeting rooms that I can share with my clients and employees. The recording feature includes a future playback function. Up to 9 videos and 100 viewers are supported, and I can also stream live on YouTube. Your screen and/or presentation can be shared. **What do you dislike about Eyeson One View?** It seems to have an error and makes it a bit slow. I want to see a delay that is less. More real-time transmission. As if you were live. I saw other programs with delays, but it seems more like a delay, compared to other programs that have special features. **Recommendations to others considering Eyeson One View:** If the budget that your company has is very tight, the support can accommodate budgets from small to large companies. **What problems is Eyeson One View solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is as easy to use this software as to open the browser; you do not need to download or install like all the various executables from all vendors and expect the system to work. It's the simplest software to start a meeting with my company's clients, even though I had never used this platform before. ### 33. I haven't found any other cons. **Recommendations to others considering Eyeson One View:** I recommend this product. It is intuitive and user-friendly. Great quality. To be used with any device (mobile or PC). No software installation is needed, it comes with many extras, like chat, etc. It's worth investing in it. **What problems is Eyeson One View solving and how is that benefiting you?** Greater productivity, it unified our video conferences, online meetings, and workshops through the eyes.
