Complete turnkey solution and highly reliable. Nms of extreme networks is an all encompassing solution with compatibility with other companies' solutions. Solution designing is also very easy in extreme networks. I am a certified design expert. They have an end to end solution to support your enterprise/organization. The hardware is user friendly, the GUI of the switches is easy to use and understand. The initial setup is also very convenient. I have come across stack switches which are easy to setup. In the scenario one can manage all the switches in stack with one interface thus avoiding the overhead of logging into individual switch each time. Luckily, i have not come across any such situation where i disliked the product. Probably faced a bit of overhead during installation or support but that is not related to the performance of the product of the company. On the technical grounds i personally did not find drawbacks.
