The templates eliminate the need for recreating what is often repetitive language in a hold. I like that the system tracks responses thereby eliminating the need to do so as a manual process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Exterro apprears to have been a great product for Legal Holds and collections with robust filtering process. E discovery, asset management and integration to custodian devices is a pretty defined process. there is a lot of room to fix issues such as scaling to collection from more than 10k docs. Scaling of issues. Viewing pdf docs more than 200 pages is really slow and times out. Upgrade and patching is a cumbersome process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am in IT and support this product for our legal team. Exterro has the best support I have had the pleasure of working with.

We are currently moving from Prem to the cloud and I am looking forward to this transition. If we have any technical issues, the support is extremely quick to respond to any questions or concerns that staff members may have.

Honestly, I haven't had anything that has displeased me. Currently, my only displeasure with the product is the speed of the collections in the on-prem solution.
