The flexibility I have to set up my fonts the way that works best for me. Cloud based gives me peace of mind. Being able to help others within the company navigate and setting up custom folders for our clients. I use Connect Fonts everyday. Suitcase Fusion allows you to gather all the fonts you need for a project(s) in one place without needing to be connected to its source. Sometimes the adobe auto-activation plugins do not activate fonts in a given app. A restart of the app is required to get it to work. An easier way to transfer/export fonts from one vault to another would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Over the years Extensis has been slow in innovation, the software has become slower and unnecesarily complicated. Their website platform is terrible, unintuitive, confusing, unorganized, and impossible to navigate. Their support has been some of the worst I've had to deal with over these last few years, with them making it very dificult for using to solve problems. Their pricepoint has become too expensive for too little innovation and highly bloated software. I absolutely do not recommed extensis or any of their platforms. The fact that fonts are 'auto-activated' whenever they're required. Fonts are easy to search and find and also the integration of other fonts such as Adobe fonts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only gripe would be that sometimes the software updates between Adobe and Connect Fonts is not in sync, making the auto activation plugins not work for a while. It can be come super annoying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I seem to have to clear the font cache often on my system or my apps get glitchy.
