I like the ease of issuing a card number to individuals in our organization. It helps me track who was responsible for the charge. The virtual cards will also be easy to cancel without canceling the regular card number and having to wait for a new card in the mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting up users is simple, integrating with AMEX was pretty easy, and the app is helpful for using the tool on the road. Virtual cards have been really helpful for allowing spending for non-cardholders and for specific vendors while mainting visibility and spending limits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The receipt capture, storage, and matching could be made easier. Having to take a photo, then locate the transaction, then upload the photo from phone storage could be simplified from having a photo log stored within the app. The auto-matching has started to work a little better, but still needs a lot of improvement.
