What do you like best about Explori?

Using Explori has helped transform how we approach feedback and growth within our organization. The platform is easy for our team to navigate and utilize effectively. When we use their full-service option, their phenomenal support team (Chaz specifically) is easy to work with and genuinely dedicated to helping us succeed. They not only save us significant time in building and deploying the surveys and communications but also meticulously analyze our survey results, providing granular insights that highlight both our strengths and areas for improvement. This level of detailed analysis has prompted us to view our strategies and outcomes through a new lens, vastly different from what we experienced using basic survey tools like SurveyMonkey. What do you like best about Explori?

At Reuters Events, we started to work with Explori last year and really did jump in feet first. The main benefit we have seen so far is that we have been able to benchmark the current success of our events with real customer data which was something we just didn't have before. The tool has allowed us to extract data quickly that highlights not only the areas that need to improve, but also the areas in which our customers are seeing high levels of satisfaction already. What do you like best about Explori?

The platform and software was able to give us much richer and deeper insights than we were evaluating on our own and saved a lot of time in the process. Using the benchmarking functionality really helped during the planning stages to improve customer experience and outcomes which were demonstrated by a considerable increase (from - to a high +!!) in Net Promoter Score. What do you like best about Explori?

I think this is probably one of the best event tech products on the market. A scalable, easy-to-use platform that allows me to measure, review and survey the performance of a single event or the 50 events I organise. It's easy to create benchmarks against your events, peers or the whole industry.

Excellent customer support and whilst your own team may transition through over the years, the team at Explori will ensure you can build year-on-year improvements in your events and ensure you take everyone with you via the learnings the platform outputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Explori?

Explori are the original creators of a standardised insight stack for the B2B events industry. Their ability to benchmark your results with your peer group is standalone in the industry. For complex organisations, the ability to dissect your business into business portfolios and create internal cross sectional reports is a must. The system is relatively easy to deploy, and integrate into your tech stack as much of the deliverables are on the Explori system as standalone outputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Explori?

Strong account management to set up the survey and set expectations. Collaboration with Chaz was great - he really understands how to maximise the results of a survey.

What do you like best about Explori?

I've worked with Explori in a number of roles and their offering continues to improve over time.

Their unique industry/company benchmarking tools are incredibly powerful for understanding market positioning (and the competitor landscape), and being able to track success show on show/year on year is really powerful.

The platform itself is super flexible and the reporting is ever-evolving - making it even quicker and easier to both build the surveys and access valuable insights if you're self service. Where we've chosen Pro Insight, the team do all of the heavy lifting and present back in a comprehensive way. It takes a huge amount of pressure off the marketing team.
