Not having access to the HTML of the event page. While Explara provides mechanisms to promote the event, I also use additional mechanisms (such as Facebook Ads). In order to track conversion rates, I need the ability to modify the HTML of the event page.

1- You can create the event and manage the content, ticket price in an effective manner.

2- Tools like SEO, Image & Video Gallery enhances the lookout and performance of the event to reach a broader audience.

1- Include more themes- Overview & Register should be in BOLD.

2- Formatting options should be simplified like using MS Word where you can change the paragraph and line spacing settings.

3- The thing which I dislike is the time taken between the release of payment advice and its update in payout history. It is confusing that the payment received in the bank account is of which ticket and of which event.

Best thing I like is website it is user friendly, People with basic knowledge about ticketing portal can create a ticketing platform for their events/organisation. I feel that if the complete summary and documentation with regards a particular event like explara invoice, invoices issued to buyers, buyers list and remittance against each event, etc. can all be clubbed and kept together in one folder maintained on your web page it will really be an added advantage.
