Experiture Marketing Platform excels in almost all aspects – at least for our department. This is a complete CRM solution that helps in managing the work with utmost ease, creating a workflow that is suitable for everyone, managing all socials, emails, web and whatnot. We are highly satisfied customers of this platform. The onboarding process was way too overwhelming! This is a crucial step when you become affiliated with a company or their products and the onboarding process should be as smooth as possible, so, if you are planning and preparing to be a part of this platform be ready in advance of a rollercoaster ride! As this is a market competitive CRM and market automation solution for you – that too which is the best one. We created a fully customized 7-step Custom Acquisition Program and Experiture was there side-by-side with us to integrate their e mail marketing platform seamlessly with the tools and functionally Program required. The platform is intuitive, the ability to make a complex process easy and the team at Experiture is always there to share creative ideas, engage us and our clients to deliver the best possible solutions. They are an important part of our business as a Strategic Alliance and all of us at The GPS Group are proud to work with their amazing team and highly recommend them! Our biggest challenge was not fully understanding the complexity of "effective" multichannel marketing. Understand the effectiveness of our Proprietary 7-Step Customer Acquisition Program was easy, knowing how to communicate that with any company that offers e mail marketing was our challenge. After several meetings, we found the process to be overwhelming, complicated (of course we made it complicated) and realized we had a lot of work to do on our end. Over time, we began to understand the Experiture Platform and got a clear understanding of how we needed to take advantage of their platform and how powerful their Platform could be in helping us achieve the effectiveness and results we were expecting. Bottom line, any e mail marketing platform is complex and challenging for most people to fully understand and appreciate, but more importantly, finding the people behind the platform is, I believe, the most important factor when reviewing and making a decision on automated e mail marketing programs. Recommendations to others considering Experiture Marketing Platform: If you are considering a firm for your e mail marketing and going thru evaluating a company's platform, I would suggest the people behind the platform for their knowledge and experience. If you have a complex multichannel marketing program, finding people who work with you to achieve your objectives is critical... The challenge was they needed to reach high-level decision makers responsible for huge budgets. Reaching these folks was our challenge. Creating a customized 7-step customer acquisition, utilizing the Experiture Platform allowed us to reach these decision-makers in a way whereby they wanted to talk to our client. The result, 350 select prospect names, 42 face-to-face meetings and written proposals ranging from $21,000 - $390,000... Needless to say, our client was thrilled!
