What do you like best about Expereo?

I like how the Expereo.one portal is complete and helps us see what we have in place, what's being delivered, and how the WAN links are performing. The speed of providing solutions that adapt to our needs is impressive, and the customer support is solid for all our complex requirements once a site goes live. What do you dislike about Expereo?

What do you like best about Expereo?

Expereo delivers a strong, end-to-end managed internet connectivity service for a complex global environment. What stands out is the operational ownership and accountability they stay engaged through delivery and into day-to-day service assurance, and they’re consistently responsive when priorities shift or issues arise. From a technical design and IT operations perspective, the governance, visibility, and structured incident handling give real confidence that services are being actively managed. What do you dislike about Expereo?

What do you like best about Expereo?

I like the support model that Expereo provides to us, which is quick and effective. I also prefer Expereo for the interface and tools they offer, as they give us quick visibility about the status of our link and performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expereo?

There are some cases where Expereo doesn't have full control over ISP operations. Sometimes, very rarely, they might fail to get the ISP's attention on certain lower-priority problems like P2 or P3 issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Immediate Critical Support with Timely Incident & Maintenance Updates"
What do you like best about Expereo?

We receive immediate support during critical incidents, which helps us achieve quick turnarounds in resolution. We also get timely updates related to incidents and planned maintenance that may occur due to the ISP or other factors, which helps us plan accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expereo?

In some situations, we did not receive a replacement ISP provider even after raising complaints about not getting the right ISP support during critical incidents. Additionally, in a few cases, the pricing offer was not competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their network infrastructure features modern security measures, such as encryption methods and firewall protection, to ensure the safety of our critical information. What do you like best about Expereo?

I like the Quick response in obtaining quotes and flexibility in identifying the customer's preferred last-mile carrier by country/region and offering competitive pricing + fast delivery. I also appreciate the ongoing automatic email updates and customization of client-requested templates for weekly reviews/updates (the quality of content is clear and optimal) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expereo?

The only disadvantageous aspect of Expereo is that its price is a bit high and not very flexible. Beyond that, there is no disadvantage or aspect that I do not like, everything works great and we are very satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
