Configuration was very easy (I was able to learn without training). Efficient support. Ergonomics - possibility to set default values, capture of multiple pages. Availability on multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web access). **What do you dislike about Expensya?** Cannot think of anything, no major issues in several years. **What problems is Expensya solving and how is that benefiting you?** Drastically reduced the time needed to make expense reports. For each spending, I immediately take a picture of the receipt, and then I can forget about it. When I am a few seconds, I just check the recognition results, attach the expense to a project/customer (when needed). And once a month, send the report with two clicks! ### 4. Very practical and useful **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in International Affairs | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2019 **What do you like best about Expensya?** Ease of use, automatic recognition, archiving,... **What do you dislike about Expensya?** It is impossible to modify the internal identifier of a case when wanting to change administrative organization, sometimes currencies that do not correspond to the country (e.g., XOF), impossible to perform an action on a set of fees (e.g., change the payment method for a group of fees at once), impossible to associate an expense with multiple cases (percentage of impact, e.g., for a trip useful for 2-3 meetings), Filters not possible on all fields. **What problems is Expensya solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time saving and archiving to no longer lose notes (at least electronically for my accounting), sharing information with my administrative staff who are managed remotely, immediate entry of information ### 5. The tech is easy to use and you feel as the team behind the scenes are constantly looking out for the quality of the service and experience. **What do you dislike about Expensya?** Little things but I would love to integrate these services/tech to support insurance claims and banking to help us in our busy work lives. **What problems is Expensya solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have made relations with accounting much easier. I can focus on my busy work life and make sure that expense reports and breakdown is taken care of. You reduce paperwork and raise productivity of your teams that travel often so they can focus on what they do best. ### 6.
