A working software that makes uploading million receipts received during working trips less of a chore. Just toss the receipt into the software and it will automatically scan it and then you just have to do few corrections on parts that software got wrong and pop them all into expense report. Makes it much faster and less manual labor. Just take a picture of your receipt, upload it and leave the program to fill in the details.
Also the Chat bot "concierge" will remind you regularly if you forget to actually send the expense report or left something out of it by an accident. This is really handy when compiling multiple reports after more than one trip in same month, so it kind of shows you which costs are generated closer together instead of just clumbing everything into a one massive file. There's not really much I dislike about it. Sometimes it guesses names of the vendors wrong and picture indentification could sometimes be better, but it's still much easier than typing everything in by the hand. Also it's sometimes quite slow on reading the receipts so if you're in a hurry it's better to do by a hand. Other thing it regularly guesses wrong is the currency. If you're mostly putting in expenses in euros, it often forces any currencies into euros, so just have to be carefull when checking it as there's a quite differecen in lunch costing 300 Swedish krona or 300 euros. It's quick and easy to create an expense report. Uploading receipts is also a breeze. I also like how as the report moves through the reviewal process, I recieve an email update so I don't need to go digging around to see if I was paid. My manager was unfortunately let go and therefore one of my expense reports was stuck in the review state. I, or the company, wasn't notified of this issue and I had to figure it out on my own. I wasn't able to manually send the report to someone else. I had to contact HR and get them to create a ticket to make the change.
