Smartscan, so there's no more digging up crumpled receipts. Easy to use especially when on the Easy to use go to submit expenses. Approving expense reports is just as easy. Expenses are now as easy as taking a picture, and SmartScan is pretty accurate. If I want to fill the details out myself it's easy and intuitive.

Also, while SmartScan is pretty sharp, there might be the odd time it misinterprets a number or two. I don't like that Optical character recognition doesn't work well with receipts that I upload so I have to retype the information most of the time. I would understand the difficulty when it comes to recognizing other languages, but why English checks often can't be well read I don't understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
