I really like the way it functions, it could use a bit of modernizing, the website platform looks a bit dated. Also, uploading receipts could have a better process, you have to complete multiple steps to upload a receipt. I found the app a bit glitchy so I just stick to the website. With the added ease of an app and the ability to link relevant accounts, team members are able to track their expenses as they go and/or quickly assemble an expense report - saving both time for the team member, as well as the approver!
