Recommendations to others considering ExpenseOnDemand: Only advice i would give is to set everyone up quickly and go for it, i was wary as the last system was so awful! but EoD is an awesome system and i highly recommend it, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Free trial period. Very supportive and practical help from the onboarding team - regular video calls to help get set up and answer questions, videos for employees to see how to do things, pay for only the functions you use. I really did need the ExpenseOnDemand team's help to get set up, partly because it's a new way of working for our business so lots of decisions and things to work out but also partly because it's so overwhelming how many different functions there are. I would just recommend engaging with their support team immediately so that they work with you through the steps - they were incredibly helpful, made it seem much more simple and it was smooth from that point onwards (rather than having a go yourself and getting stuck/set up in the wrong order and not making use of the free trial period effectively). Not being able to amend a category when staff submit expenses. Delays the process to send back to be fixed and reapproved when the team is primarily offsite doing expenses on the run.
