It makes it easy for us to allocate the right person to the right claim and tracks it from start to end. One of the best things that we've noticed is the attention provided to us as a client, something which we weren't getting before. **What do you dislike about ExpenseCore Legal?** I had an issue earlier where I experienced downtime, but that was fixed. Not sure if that was on my end or theirs as I was the only member of the team that had the issue. Not really any dislikes. **Recommendations to others considering ExpenseCore Legal:** I highly recommend using Mercury ELM. **What problems is ExpenseCore Legal solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has improved our litigation strategy and has helped us settle claims faster. In addition, the invoice review service has consistently generated savings with helpful reports that show breakdowns of spend and that analyze our different internal and external stakeholders' performance. It's been very helpful and I've felt the impact on my day to day. ### 4. LSG helped us change that. Other than that, what I like best is the cost savings, but ease of use comes in a close second. **What do you dislike about ExpenseCore Legal?** I'd like for there to be document review, e-signatures and other document management features inside the platform. This currently has to be done with a different system. Ideally, we could do everything in this platform though. **What problems is ExpenseCore Legal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reduced the amount of time and money spent on legal.
