I can't really say that I dislike anything so far. As they are a start-up though, some extra bonuses like the Exod Classroom aren't ready just yet. However the support team seem to be great and seem to offer a helping hand whenever they can from what I've seen in the Discord channel, and the FB page too. I like how easy it is to use and how effective this tool is. You can run a new campaign within minutes even if you're a complete beginner. For experienced media buyer, you will be able to test a ton of audience without wasting hours creating your campaign. What I like most is Kevin Moses’ ambition and enthusiasm for developing his product. He is constantly on top of comments and questions in his Facebook group and Discord channel. I feel secure knowing he will answer my questions and support any issues that may come up for me with my exod.so account. He genuinely seems to care about taking EVERY bit of feedback so that he can create a freakin awesome product that works for us.

Mastering the advertising game can take years upon testing and testing what works best. Yet, here is EXOD that makes it as easy as clicking a few buttons to do what normally took hours upon hours!

The founder Kevin and his team are all great people that are behind this and I'm a big proponent of when coming in contact with such great people, I know the product will only get better and better.

I would like to mention that some important features for me are not yet present. But the team is making great efforts to include suggestions of their users to make their product not good but great. The automation thing that it will guide some areas where you would need prior experience. I feel like i am touching a product of the cuture. It needs some learning curve but it is not that hard to learn more about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does not have a proper account management area yet with email. You login with facebook credentials. Some other members have mentioned that their ads account on facebook was blocked and they had to talk to Facebook to remove the automated ban. But after communication with the team, they informed the community it is not something that it is EXOD's issue, rather the way that Facebook treats this kind of applications. I love the niche interest base. I have already tested various niches in the case of our shop and some of the interests that exod has selected for me I would certainly not have come across on my own. In fact, we have been able to reduce the cost of our Facebook ads thanks to the app. What I consider to be equally important is support. Above all, I would like the exod to cover the entire funnel - for now, I will use it primarily to create campaigns from the top of the funnel. A funnel builder would be useful :). I think that the authors should also work on the UX of the application and on some of its functions that are visible to users but do not quite work. For example, the statistics and analysis module - I don't think it works very well from the beginning - fortunately, I look more often at the statistics available in Facebook's business manager. Also, the option to promote posts that are published - this would also be an interesting feature. The last thing that comes to my mind is the possibility of additional targeting (e.g. narrowing by age, the possibility of narrowing by radius) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
