We thrive to make organizations paperless in the HR department and the time an HR team spends on processes can be reduced drastically achieving great ROI if you achieve full automation. We have close to 20 modules including fully automated Hiring, Onboarding, Attendance Management, Payroll, Performance Management, Exit Management, a separate ticketing system, HR utilities and comprehensive Dashboards that give you analytics regarding each operation in the portal. This Dashboard, we keep updating based on the requirement of the client. Exenta is a configuration based system, which means it can accommodate your existing processes that will aid easy post HR implementation hassles that organizations normally face. During implementation we will configure the portal based on your policies and normal implementation time frame is 15-30 days depending on the scale of the organization. Also, you can have the solution hosted either in the cloud or on premise.

"A pretty confusing attendance management system"

What do you like best about Exenta HRMS?

1) Has tonnes of functionalities

2) Can be integrated with live systems like card swipes etc

3) To log work, it offers granular time periods of 5 mins. e.g. you can mark your work beginning at 12:05 or 12:10 or 12:15 i.e. differing by 5 mins Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exenta HRMS?

1) Extremely confusing, to mark Work From Home, I have to click in the Leave section.

2) Steep learning curve

3) Not custom made for all markets. Cannot customize definition of work terms as is being used in different regions

What do you like best about Exenta HRMS?

Social networks, mobile solution, employee participation, version in the cloud, it has everything. Each module has a comprehensible control panel and you can make customizable reports. The mobile application is very fast and efficient to stay updated outside the office, it is managed through a board with very compressible modules and most of the local functions are present in this mobile version. What do you dislike about Exenta HRMS?

The service module of the employee is too weak. In addition, it does not have any knowledge management or eLearning tool.. It is very simple, quite cheap, has a clean and modern interface, which is quite rare to be a HR tool, since most are very unintuitive and complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
