## Exec Reviews
  ### 1. Exec. Delivers Expert, Customized Leadership Training That Outshines Traditional Methods

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria S. | Senior Vice President, Head of Talent, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

The team at Exec. brought significant expertise to the scenarios we co-developed. They were solution-oriented, which made our decision-making process faster and more efficient. Each scenario was tailored to address the specific leadership gaps we aimed to close, and the technology felt impressively realistic. Time was no longer an excuse for leaders to neglect their development—just 10 to 12 minutes were enough to gain valuable, lasting skills. The standard was set high, with all leadership cohorts required to achieve a gold, and honestly, who doesn't enjoy earning a gold!

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

I have not encountered any drawbacks so far. In fact, I have recommended Exec to several professional colleagues during discussions about leadership strategies. Many of them were still focused on traditional classroom or virtual training sessions, which did not address the challenge of time.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exec addresses real-life challenges that managers and leaders encounter every day. For us, it was primarily an investment in building a new culture—shifting away from a punitive environment toward one focused on coaching and feedback. Exec tackled the issue of time, which is often cited as the main reason leaders neglect their own development. It also supported executive team development, not just to meet the expectations of the Board of Directors, but also to help us maintain our HITrust certification. Exec made it straightforward for the executive team to grasp the value of the investment and the outcomes we could expect. Altogether, these elements, combined with a strong Exec team, have brought significant benefits to MTI.

  ### 2. A great product backed by a great team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nuria M. | VP of SMB Sales - Paramount Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

Exec has been very impactful when it comes to onboarding, learning, practicing and developing sales and customer success talk tracks. The functionality itself allows reps to have realistic practice for scenarios that they encounter in their day to day. It is intuitive and user friendly. It has been a game changer especially as we onboard new team members and they can learn in their own time.
As a leader having direct reports but also many other responsibilities, this allows training to happen asynchronously and save me time while giving me visibility into what is happening and the progress.
The team at Exec is also top notch. They understood our business quickly and ran with very little direction to produce a program that fit our needs. They also do a great job of keeping us on track.
They were willing to work with us to add on a slide deck/presentation component which has been really helpful for our team.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

I don't see any downsides of using Exec. Given it is a new technology, there is a time period of adjustment for sales reps and confidence that needs to be built.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exec reduces the time needed for training, mocks etc from both reps and leaders. It allows for work to be done whenever it works best.
It gives me visibility into my team performance and improvement and it provides objective scoring and feedback to reps.
The call library is a great repository of information that is key in new rep onboarding.

  ### 3. Practice That Made My Stakeholder Conversations Click

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natasha K. | Planning Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

I love how interactive the AI scenarios are! I used to freeze when presenting supply chain recommendations to senior leaders - now I can practice those conversations and get instant feedback. It feels like having a rehearsal partner in my back pocket.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

It took me a session or two to get comfortable talking to an AI instead of a person, but the realism quickly won me over. Now it feels like second nature.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Exec, I relied on peer reviews or waiting for my manager’s feedback after real meetings - which wasn’t always easy to get. Exec gives me a safe environment to practice high-stakes presentations, align messaging, and anticipate objections. My communication confidence has skyrocketed, and it’s made me noticeably more effective in cross-functional meetings.

  ### 4. Exec makes communication practice as intentional as strategy work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

What stands out about Exec is how practical and real it feels. Having come from consulting, I’ve done plenty of theoretical leadership and communication training but Exec feels different. It lets you actually practice the conversations in real time. The AI responds like a real person, which forces you to think, adjust, and communicate on the fly. It’s a great tool for anyone who wants to get sharper at the human side of strategy: influencing, giving feedback, and navigating complex conversations.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

Sometimes the conversations go in unexpected directions which can be both challenging and valuable. It’s not a negative per se, but you do have to approach it with curiosity rather than expecting a script which can be a challenge for newer users.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exec helps me prepare for difficult or high-stakes conversations that I am having in the workplace. I get to practice things like pushing back on priorities, influencing senior stakeholders, or coaching direct reports. It’s the kind of practice you rarely get in the real world until it’s too late (or in the moment). Using Exec helps me organize my thoughts under pressure which I find super helpful.

  ### 5. Revolutionized Our Onboarding with Custom Scenarios

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katelyn S.

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

I really appreciate how Exec has transformed our onboarding and training process for new employees. The platform provides a fantastic space for our team members to practice client interactions in a safe, simulated environment, with AI avatars that replicate real clients and evoke true-to-life challenges. This has significantly benefited our team, helping us onboard trainees more efficiently and equipping them with essential client-facing skills. I love the customizable scenarios feature, which allows us to tailor simulations to match our unique client dynamics, alter avatar voice settings, or adjust scenario difficulty levels to meet specific training needs. Exec's constant development of new features that align with our evolving business needs is truly beneficial. Additionally, the Exec team has been incredibly supportive throughout the setup process, providing hands-on assistance and ensuring all our scenarios are organized and fit various client-facing roles in our company. Their high level of customer service and willingness to incorporate feedback have fostered a strong partnership with us. Overall, the uniqueness of Exec's model and their constant innovation make them a valuable tool for our company's growth.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

We think maybe some of the user interface could be more intuitive. While they're continuing to improve, there are areas where it's not as intuitive as it could be.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Exec to improve onboarding, offering trainees safe client interaction practice, speeding up readiness for real client work, and allowing managerial review of their progress.

  ### 6. Exec helps you prepare for the conversations that actually matter at work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

Exec creates a space where you can practice leadership and not just talk about it. It’s been such a helpful tool for rehearsing tough conversations that come up in cross-functional work or people management. The AI feels genuinely responsive, not robotic, and it adjusts based on how you approach the dialogue.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

I wouldn’t call it a dislike, but it does take a few tries to get into a rhythm with the AI. Once you treat it like a real conversation though, it becomes second nature. It’s a learning curve worth going through.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my role, I often have to navigate difficult conversations, whether that’s giving feedback, pushing back on prios, or aligning teams across regions. Exec gives me a way to rehearse those moments before they happen and the AI feedback helps me notice where I might come across as unclear or too soft, and the reflection after each scenario helps me adjust my approach.

  ### 7. Exec builds communication confidence and clarity through realistic AI coaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elsa F. | Management and Strategy Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

Exec gives me an incredibly realistic space to practice how I communicate - both with senior stakeholders and with clients. The AI roleplays are nuanced and adaptable, which makes every conversation feel unique. It’s been especially valuable for building confidence when presenting solutions or navigating complex, high-stakes discussions.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

At times, I wish the post-conversation feedback were even more granular - especially around subtle communication cues like pacing or tone. The insights are great, but a little more depth on delivery style would make the experience even stronger.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exec helps me prepare for the kinds of conversations that define success in client-facing roles - delivering recommendations, influencing senior leaders, and navigating challenging feedback. It’s given me a space to practice these moments safely and build confidence in how I show up. The AI feedback helps me refine my message, structure, and tone so I’m better prepared for real-world interactions.

  ### 8. Exec is redefining how leaders and teams build real-world skills with AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

Exec has built a very compelling product that bridges AI and team development. Their roleplays give founders and managers a low-risk yet high-value tool to practice real conversations - from LP pitches to feedback discussions with colleagues. It’s a rare example of AI driving true behavioral change, not just efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

The platform could offer more self-serve visibility into aggregate outcomes - for instance, benchmarks or trend data across teams or industries. That kind of insight would make it even easier to showcase ROI.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exec helps us prep for meetings with LPs and drill our team on our own pitch. For our portfolio companies, it trains managers and sales teams at scale without sacrificing quality. It’s addressing the universal startup challenge of coaching at speed - giving leaders a way to practice tough conversations before they happen. We’ve seen teams ramp faster and communicate more clearly as a result.

  ### 9. Effortless Role-Playing Tool with Responsive AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John P. | Strategic Sales Development Representative

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

I find Exec extremely valuable for improving my role-playing skills, particularly in enhancing my phone and negotiation capabilities as a sales representative. The setup process was impressively streamlined, making it easy to get started without any hassle. I benefit greatly from its AI responsiveness, which aids in refining my pronunciation skills and promoting directness in my phone conversations. Moreover, I appreciate how user-friendly the tool is, allowing seamless transitions between different role plays. These factors contribute to a more efficient and effective experience in utilizing Exec for professional skill development.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

I would like Exec to have additional features and customization options. This would help in providing more comprehensive feedback and opportunities for personal growth.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exec helps improve my phone and negotiation skills, enhancing pronunciation and directness, benefiting my role as a sales rep.

  ### 10. It’s Like Adding Ten Extra Managers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

Exec has completely changed how we approach skill development. The AI roleplays are lifelike - they push reps to handle tough objections, think on their feet, and refine messaging in real time. It’s no longer just “practice” - it’s performance rehearsal. I can see progress data for every rep, so coaching is targeted instead of guesswork.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

Nothing so far! Their team is supportive and addresses any potential concern immediately.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find it most helpful to keep practice consistent among our reps. Previously, coaching depended on managers’ availability and we had inconsistent peer roleplays. That meant reps often got uneven feedback or missed key opportunities to practice. Every rep now gets the same level of rigor, feedback, and scenario complexity. We’ve seen faster onboarding, stronger call readiness, and clearer coaching insights for frontline leaders.

  ### 11. Exec: a game-changer for scalable, high-stakes skill building

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

Exec seamlessly blends world-class coaching with cutting-edge technology. The AI Roleplays are unlike anything else I’ve seen on the market—they allow leaders to practice tough, high-stakes conversations in a low-stakes environment, get instant feedback, and then refine their approach before trying it out in the real world. Paired with Exec’s outstanding network of coaches, it doesn’t feel like a platform so much as a true extension of my talent development team. On top of that, their customer support is exceptional; it’s fast, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Using Exec feels less like managing a vendor and more like collaborating with a partner who genuinely cares about our success.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

If I had to pinpoint a drawback, it’s that Exec's tech is so far ahead of the game it can sometimes feel like a big leap for users who aren’t yet comfortable with AI or roleplay-based learning. This is not a dealbreaker, but it's important to plan for if you want to get the full value out of Exec.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exec is solving one of the hardest problems in talent development: how to scale high-quality, hands-on learning without needing an enterprise grade LMS at the center of it. They helped us launch a global manager onboarding program with minimal administrative overhead and will directly impact business outcomes by shortening the time it takes for reps to qualify cold calls and the number of hours sales leaders spend pitch certifying. Exec takes initiatives that would normally require huge amounts of time, coordination, and senior leader involvement and makes them scalable, efficient, and far more impactful.

  ### 12. Easy Implementation and Supportive Team!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

I love how easy it was to implement it to our sales leaders and how great the Exec team was to work with to make it happen! Any time we had an issue they were able to easily adjust and make it right and when our timelines changed they were able to step in and be agile. Highly recommend their platform and services!

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

I haven't found any major dislikes - if there was any room for improvement - I may suggest them looking into gamifying the experience and make role plays more fun potentially - but they may already be working on this. I cannot confirm.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving training needs we have for our GTM strategy.

  ### 13. Realistic AI Roleplay and Instant Feedback Elevate Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

I loved the AI roleplay scenarios we used for our training. It gives the feeling of real-life scenarios to better prepare our employees and the interactions and responses of the AI worked well in simulating these scenarios. I also really like that I can see and access the recordings of how the trainees did on the calls immediately following their completion providing a thorough and detailed breakdown of constructive feedback clearly explaining what was accomplished and what can be improved upon and how. It was fantastic!

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

As of yet, I haven't encountered anything I particularly dislike. I'm still getting used to the navigation of where to find the features, but don't find it to be too difficult in doing so. Great product!

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exec has helped fill in the gap of getting realistic call repetition for our trainees to handle just as if they were taking live calls. It allows them to practice navigating their resources while on a call and does a great job of preparing or trainees for the live environment helping our trainees and company efficiency with immediate impact which in turn will also benefit our customers and clients.

  ### 14. Incredibly Realistic AI Roleplay Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

The AI roleplays are incredibly realistic! The avatars respond dynamically just like our actual buyers, handling objections and pushing back in ways that genuinely prepare reps for real conversations. As someone who approves training budgets, I can actually quantify the impact - our team reduced ramp time by weeks, which translates to real cost savings.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

AI training is still relatively new, so we needed a bit more executive alignment upfront to get stakeholder buy-in. Once leadership saw the results, that concern disappeared quickly.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Exec, new hires relied heavily on shadowing and occasional manager feedback, which led to long ramp times. Now reps get standardized, high-quality practice on our actual sales methodology before they ever touch a real prospect.

  ### 15. Exec helps professionals master complex stakeholder conversations with AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

Exec has completely changed how I prepare for policy discussions. The AI lets me practice complex, specific conversations about health policy in a realistic and responsive way. What I appreciate most is how flexible the platform is - even though the standard library didn’t have the exact policy scenarios I needed, the Exec team built custom roleplays tailored to my work. On top of that, I’ve used the Custom Scenario creator extensively to design my own policy simulations. It’s made my practice sessions directly relevant to the state contexts and policy areas I work in.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

The platform does a great job simulating conversations, but expanding the healthcare / policy use cases would make it even more valuable for people in government and nonprofit work.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exec helps me prepare for policy discussions that require both technical knowledge and strong communication skills. I can practice explaining detailed health policy topics - like state Medicaid programs or behavioral health initiatives - and get real-time feedback on clarity, accuracy, and tone. It’s made me much more confident presenting information and anticipating questions.

  ### 16. A Scalable Way to Build Real Communication Skills

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

The AI scenarios are eerily realistic - Exec’s avatars behave like actual executives or suppliers under pressure. My team can now practice critical conversations, like managing disruptions or negotiating with vendors, without risking a real deal. It’s not just training - it’s operational preparedness.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

Early on, we had to clarify what “great” performance looked like for each scenario, but once the grading rubrics were aligned, the insights became incredibly useful.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Exec, our development process was inconsistent. Some managers coached well, others didn’t have time. Exec standardized skill-building across the team. Analysts now enter supplier meetings confident and well-prepared, and we’ve seen smoother handoffs and faster issue resolution during disruptions

  ### 17. Talent Development Operations Specialist

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juliet N. | Talent Development Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

I like the Program and Workspace for its ease in program creation and participant progress tracking. The Analytics page is also very helpful for monitoring credit utilization and coach ratings. Additionally, the program's survey creation feature allows us to effectively gauge program success and identify areas for improvement.

The Exec team is wonderful and their response time is unmatched!

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

There isn't anything that I "dislike" about Exec. I am open to seeing how they continue to grow and innovative existing features on their platform.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the Exec platform valuable for tracking participation in our Manager Onboarding program. A highly beneficial feature would be the platform's ability to automatically re-engage participants who haven't interacted recently, perhaps through email or a notification. This would significantly reduce manual effort on my part.

  ### 18. Dynamic Real-Time Coaching, Minor Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ben f. | Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

I love how each roleplay adjusts to my tone and approach. It feels like coaching in real time, not just a static script.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

Took a few tries to get a feel for the platform, but had no issues after that

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practice used to be limited and inconsistent. Exec gives me realistic simulations that I can repeat until I get it right, which helps me improve faster than waiting for live calls.

  ### 19. “Exec makes sales coaching scalable and realistic with AI roleplays”

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

Exec gives our sales team a realistic and repeatable way to practice tough customer conversations. The AI roleplays feel natural — fast-paced, situationally aware, and challenging in a way that mimics real calls. It’s become a core part of how we train reps to handle objections and build confidence before they’re in front of a customer.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

The analytics could go a bit deeper — for example, it would be great to see more visual trend data around skill improvement or performance over time. The insights are strong, but a richer dashboard would make it even easier to track impact.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exec helps us train and coach sales teams consistently across regions and experience levels. It gives reps a safe space to practice objection handling, discovery calls, and competitive positioning without tying up live managers. It’s saving us time in coaching while making reps better prepared for real conversations.

  ### 20. Exec Role Plays Make Sales Training Fun and Realistic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya S. | Cloud Applications Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

It actually makes practicing sales calls fun. I’ve done many training methods before and exec role plays are the most effective. Easy to create, incredibly realistic.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

It’s hard to think of something that I don’t like. If I had to choose I’d say getting used to talking to AI, but I got over that very quickly because of how realistic it is.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practicing discovery calls, sale methodology, and objection handling.

  ### 21. Realistic Roleplays Boost Prep

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

Exec roleplays were very prescriptive to our buyer personas and specific situations that we are dealing with different clients. There wasn't a lag in the response/conversation and felt very real time. Roleplays can face resistance but Exec is an easy way for reps to practice and prepare for important calls.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

AE adoption of the tool can be a challenge as they are not used to it but that is an internal change management initiative.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exec allows reps to practice roleplays without the feeling awkward and performative. It allows AEs to truly have the conversation and refine areas they can improve on a given criteria for success.

  ### 22. Personalized Coaching at Scale with Seamless, Supportive Service

  ### 23. Feels like practicing with a real prospect

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

Exec’s AI roleplays feel like practicing with real people. Every scenario pushes me to think, adapt, and get sharper before real calls.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

Wish I had something like this when I first started selling!

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Exec, I usually just roleplayed with my manager once or twice during onboarding which didn’t feel very effective. It was hard to get reps in areas that were challenging for me. Exec gave me the tools to create my own roleplays to practice building up my skills during my own time.

  ### 24. Super Realistic AI Roleplays

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Exec?**

The conversations feel unscripted and super dynamic, it's almost like i'm talking to real prospects with real objections in real time!! It’s the most effective way I’ve found to build sales confidence, esp as a (formerly) email heavy rep.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

nothing to write home about. it's reliable and helps me out.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exec solved my biggest problem: Not getting enough realistic practice. The AI roleplays feel natural and let me refine my tone, objection handling, and confidence before real calls.

How realistic the training was. It was amazing to see the AI bot respond to whatever you said and give different responses based on how you interacted with it. Giving the transcript and tips of how to improve your score the next time was incredibly valuable.

  ### 35. Exec's top coaches help our founders perform their jobs better, enhancing our firm's NPS score

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Exec?**

Our portfolio founders have benefitted a ton from Exec's coaches. They do a fantastic job vetting talent and giving our people a chance to try out coaches until they find the right fit.

The credit system has made it really easy for us to quickly help our portfolio companies when they run into a messy people problem. We purchase credits internally and just transfer them over to the founder in need.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

There are a few profiles of coaches that Exec didn't have in terms of stage and sector experience. That said, the team was very open to searching for the right coach, which we really appreciated.

**What problems is Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exec enables our portfolio founders to perform their jobs better, enhancing our firm's NPS score. Other great benefits of Exec include:

* High-quality coaches

* Highly responsive service

  ### 36. Exec gave us access to a fantastic network of coaches and made a BIG impact

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Exec?**

The quality of coaches on Exec's platform is AMAZING. The team helped us curate a bench of coaches with a wide variety of functional specialties that were very well-suited to our participants.

Cost-wise, the flexibility that the platform offers with the credit system is so much more attractive than the traditional subscription model. Also, the software is just a joy to use, unlike some of the other clunky programs we've had to deal with in the past.

**What do you dislike about Exec?**

Like any talent development platform, getting the right fit between coaches and staff can be tricky. We generally haven't had too much trouble with it, but I wish there was some kind of AI that would help staff match with the right coaches based on their personalities or preferences. I think it would be extra motivating to see how well a coach would fit with you before your first session.

We brought on Exec to enable our people in their current roles and accelerate their development.
